GoogleFrom the moment I asked for a valuation, the service I received from Staves was second to none. I was so impressed with the guy who did the valuation and then with Ben when he took over. The advice I received was excellent and so helpful and everyone was so respectful as it was my Mum's house that I was selling and I was really upset. Ben followed everything up and kept me advised on everything. I would like to thank everyone concerned in the sale.

GoogleStaves Estate Agents, Chesterfield Road, Woodseats ( Ben in particular)have been very supportive and professional helping me buy my first house. The response rate is very quick and they solve all your queries. I opted for mortgage advisor ( Katie), Surveyor ( Laura) and Solicitor ( Wake Smith) all on advise of them I will definatley consider them again myself and recommend to anybody. GoogleAs a first time buyer they were very helpful in guiding me through the process and were always available to answer any of my queries. Big shout out to Ben Willis for his effort in chasing me, my solicitor and the seller to ensure the transaction went through quickly.
