GoogleWe have recently bought a house from Statons in Totteridge. Nick and Angelo were so helpful and really helped keep the purchase on track. They were very communicative and knew how to handle the process in order to get the purchase done. We’d highly recommend them.

GoogleSusy Zotti could not have done any more than she did to get the sale over the line and was always completely professional, helpful and available to get things moving including liaising with our solicitor and it always felt that she had our backs and that it mattered. What great service.

GoogleKaren was excellent. She communicated with us regularly regarding developments in the process of selling the property. She would often take calls and messages out of working hours to help foster the sale. A pleasure to work with.

GoogleAs the buyer I wasn't technically Joe's client but I found him to be professional but friendly from viewing to exchange despite my sale taking much longer than expected. Happy to recommend without hesitation.

GoogleWow what a service. Suzi from the Barnet office was unbelievable in persistancy and tenacity bringing the deal to a conclusion. We almost threw in the towel, after a false start, but she kept us informed and knew how to bolster our flagging confidence. Suzi kept behind the solicitors and went out on a limb to keep up the pressure. Well done to Suzi and Nikki and Nick of course. Leona & Oliver

GoogleSusy Zotti was absolutely fantastic when I was purchasing my property recently. She really went out of her way going above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as it could. As with all house moves there were things that cropped up but Susy took care of everything. We are now settled in and love our new home. Thank you!

GoogleWe cannot rate Statons highly enough. They’re a great team at the Brookmans Park office. Absolute pleasure to deal with them, especially Joe, who has helped us through the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. He went out of his way, at every stage, to assist with any issues, ably assisted by Josh and Karen. Excellent communication throughout and a genuinely caring attitude. Would thoroughly recommend - and will definitely use them again.

GoogleSophie went above and beyond during what turned out to be a long and challenging transaction, largely due to mistakes made by others. Her genuine care and hands-on involvement made all the difference - without her, we wouldn’t have secured our home. She's not just a dealmaker, but also a truly lovely person
