GoogleStaton's Brookmans Park went above and beyond in selling our house in Cuffley. Their service and professionalism are nothing but first-class. Karen Shewring was an absolute pleasure to deal with and handled ourselves and the buyer superbly. Statons really are the best of the best when it comes to Estate Agents in Hertfordshire and North London. They understand the market better than others given that they have typically been around the longest in the areas where they operate. It's no surprise that their boards adorn the streets in these areas. Highly recommend Statons and Karen. You will only be impressed by them!

Joe was warm, inviting and nothing was ever too much trouble, he kept us up to date at all points throughout the process and we can’t thank him enough for making our purchase a stress free experience! GoogleIt was a pleasure to work with Neil Lux and Yolanda Garrett at Statons who were extremely helpful and always went the extra mile to help me through the process of becoming a tenant here at Royal Connaught Park. It’s been a longish journey for me and they were both very friendly and patient and responded straight away to all my queries, however big or small. I would highly recommend them both.

GoogleOur journey to buy our dream house took about 8 months and Angelo from the Barnet office provided excellent support throughout the process of searching and conveyancing. I also called the Barnet office several times and I found staff very polite, professional and supportive. I would definitely recommend Statons if you want to have a different experience of an estate agent.

GoogleHad a great experience dealing with Larry and Michael at Statons (Totteridge) in a challenging purchasing transaction. Easily accessible via phonecall, message and email. Really went the extra mile to ensure the transaction was completed. Mediated well between vendors and their solicitors. Gave us regular updates with sensible advice on how to approach the changing circumstances.

GoogleExceptional service from a professional but friendly estate agency. Recently bought and sold through Statons of Hadley Wood and the standard of exceptional service never faltered. Adam was excellent in finalising the sale of my home and helping me find a new one. He was instrumental in keeping all the relevant parties on track and updated. Both him and Caroline were extremely professional, polite and responded to all my phone calls promptly. I would high recommend Statons of Hadley Wood.

The two Matthews at Statons Brookmans Park ably assisted by Karen, who is always attentive to my particular property requirements over a number of years, will give you an impeccable service which I have yet to see beaten.
