GoogleI met Nick Staton many years ago when a friend of mine was looking for a mansion. I found him to be a very friendly and knowledgeble about the Hadley Wood area. Since then I've told a number of my friends to go to Statons as they're the best in Hadley Wood.

GoogleThe team at Statons for both our sale and purchase have been truly amazing. Their knowledge of the surrounding areas and understanding of what our goal was was exceptional. Throughout the whole process, which as most people will say can be one of the most stressful times in your life was made that much easier because of Nick, Adam and the wider team. Thank you, five stars all the way!!

GoogleI recently sold my house through Statons and from start to finish the support and professionalism that I was shown was fantastic. From my perspective, the process was made as painless as possible, with sufficient hand holding and advice when needed and even when we encountered some issues along the way they were dealt with in an efficient and timely manner with minimal fuss. I would happily recommend Statons to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleI have been helped by Statons Hadley Wood office for over a period of more than 20 years. They have helped my family both in terms of selling and buying our homes, as well as a period of letting when we lived abroad. I can highly recommend Nick, Carolyn and Adam in the Hadley Wood team. They clearly are local experts and the service experience has been incredibly comforting to us at often stressful times. They can bring to bear a significant local network of experts that are needed in the different stages, and they know the local market exceedingly well. They have kept us in the loop very regularly, meaning that we have not needed to chase after any news on the progress. We even created a WhatsApp group for this purpose. We received significant support from them, all the way to the exchange happening promptly. They are very nice and trustworthy personalities to boot. I can highly recommend them to anyone looking at the Hadley Wood residential market.

GoogleWe sold and bought through Statons Hadley Wood and we are thrilled both with our sell and our purchase. Adam and the team were fantastic. At one point we considered renting out our home and the rentals team were also brilliant so we are very grateful to all involved.

GoogleStaton's Brookmans Park went above and beyond in selling our house in Cuffley. Their service and professionalism are nothing but first-class. Karen Shewring was an absolute pleasure to deal with and handled ourselves and the buyer superbly. Statons really are the best of the best when it comes to Estate Agents in Hertfordshire and North London. They understand the market better than others given that they have typically been around the longest in the areas where they operate. It's no surprise that their boards adorn the streets in these areas. Highly recommend Statons and Karen. You will only be impressed by them!
