GoogleStarkey and Brown have been an excellent choice to sell our property. We were out of town landlords looking for an estate agent to complete accompanied viewings. We have been able to put complete trust in Starkey and Brown. They have completed viewing, feedback in a timely fashion and supported our decision making towards getting a sale. Anita has been our negotiator. She is extremely personable, proactive and kept us upto date regarding the progress of our sale. We have been extremely pleased with the whole service.

GoogleCouldn’t ask for more - Starkey and brown sold my 2 bedroom house earlier this year. I was consulted on the photos and brochure and they had lots of local knowledge about the village (Skellingthorpe). It was initially sold close to asking price within two weeks of going on the market. The sell fell through (no fault of theirs) and they managed to have it sold again and I was moved quickly. They were very personable and whoever I spoke to on the phone had an awareness of what was going on with the sale of my house so they obviously communicate well as a team.

GoogleStarkey and Brown offered a very professional service in valuing, marketing and monitoring the sale of our property. As is usually the case, the sale did not always run smoothly but they hung on in there and saw it through to a conclusion. Highly recommended.

GoogleI met with Kay at the property i was viewing to rent I explained everything to Kay reason for moving etc Kay was very understanding and listened Once I was successful she explained everything to me especially after not been in this position for 22 years Explained everything I needed to and what the various stages are Kay is an absolute credit to your company And acts in a very professional and polite manner I can not recommended this company enough Even understanding that if I need to see them Saturday is better due to work commitments Kay totally understands this which is graat Even sending an email as proof of my moving date which I needed for work A pleasure to deal with

GoogleHaving just had a short notice period from my landlady - I had to find something suitable quickly for my family - Amiee was brilliant with all my questions and in helping me find the right home. As I went on holiday, Amiee and my dad (now my PA 😂) worked together to get all the fine details sorted while I was away - Amiee kept in touch constantly and after many emails/calls between the 3 of us, it is now all coming together. Even though I was in another country, I felt like I was in good hands. I am so grateful and we can’t wait to move into our very first home that we can call our own 🏡🥰

GoogleThe team at Starkey & Brown Estate Agents (Lincoln) have yet again been outstanding. Having found ourselves needing to sell our family home, remotely, at the end of a lengthy tenancy, we relied heavily on the estate agent network to value, market and ultimately find a buyer for our property. After a number of lower than expected valuations, we chose to approach Starkey & Brown who we had previously used to sell our first family home 13 years prior. David Starkey attended our property and reported back promptly with a much higher valuation than any competitor, but most notably, a level of passion and enthusiasm that immediately reminded us why we first chose them all those years ago. The valuation was realistic, with both a market price and a target sale price, provided to us in a manner that gave us confidence that our home would be marketed respectfully and passionately. The first viewing came in less than a week, immediately followed by a second with a subsequent offer. The team (Ben, Sophie, Anita and Suz) were very communicative throughout all stages of the negotiations and sale and I could not lavish them with any more praise. I would highly recommend Starkey & Brown to ANYONE looking to sell a house in the Lincolnshire area; they have a personal touch that is now becoming so rare to find in estate agents. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!! Thank you S&B...
