GoogleThe team at Starkey & Brown Estate Agents (Lincoln) have yet again been outstanding. Having found ourselves needing to sell our family home, remotely, at the end of a lengthy tenancy, we relied heavily on the estate agent network to value, market and ultimately find a buyer for our property. After a number of lower than expected valuations, we chose to approach Starkey & Brown who we had previously used to sell our first family home 13 years prior. David Starkey attended our property and reported back promptly with a much higher valuation than any competitor, but most notably, a level of passion and enthusiasm that immediately reminded us why we first chose them all those years ago. The valuation was realistic, with both a market price and a target sale price, provided to us in a manner that gave us confidence that our home would be marketed respectfully and passionately. The first viewing came in less than a week, immediately followed by a second with a subsequent offer. The team (Ben, Sophie, Anita and Suz) were very communicative throughout all stages of the negotiations and sale and I could not lavish them with any more praise. I would highly recommend Starkey & Brown to ANYONE looking to sell a house in the Lincolnshire area; they have a personal touch that is now becoming so rare to find in estate agents. GoogleA fantastic estate agent who really gives the impression they care. Angie and Georgi primary were my main contacts and they were so patient and supportive during a slightly drawn out purchase. Happy to answer queries when ever I asked. I was the purchaser of the property and i am aware the estate agent is employed by the seller however this did not stop them providing anything less than outstanding customer service. 10/10 recommend.

GoogleThis is a very late review as I sold a property with you nine months ago.I felt I wanted to write a review because a property in the road I live in has just gone up with the agent I originally used my first thoughts were o dear. I originally had a valuation from you and the other Estate agent and unfortunately decided to go with the other agent what a mistake that was. I had Frazer Cobb out to value my property and he was very helpful. The other Estate agent got me no viewings except on the last day when I was swopping to Starkey and Brown. When I changed to Starkey and Brown I got four viewings and two offers the day after it went on Rightmove, One at near asking price and one at asking price admittedly I had lowered the price slightly on moving agents. I was not pushed to do this by Fraser he would have gone at the same asking price that was my choice. So thank you Fraser, Sophie for negotiating the sale and Angie for progressing the sale.

GoogleThrough a difficult mortgage application Angie Powell at Starkey and Brown in Lincoln was absolutely fantastic she is very polite and professional she supported us on difficult parts of the house purchase and kept us up to date on proceedings explaining the many different challenging situations and following them through, even though Starkey and Brown was not our estate agent and Angie was not our mortgage adviser she was there when needed, Angie is a credit to the company ,well done and thankyou Angie. Thankyou Starkey and Brown.

GoogleViewed a property at the end of January with Starkey & Brown. The agent was very helpful and friendly and when we asked for more information they got back to us within a few hours. We loved the property and Starkey & Brown's team helped us bid, negotiate and settle on a mutual price within 24 hours. Fast forward 7 short weeks, with Angie Powells support, ensuring communication between each parties solicitors/ vendors were actively engaged in the process we have completed. Fab team and highly recommend. Angie was professional and friendly, and questions we had were resolved within less than 24 hours. Thank you for helping us find our family home, we love it!

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic estate agents. Used these guys to sell quite a small property which was tenanted so a little trickier to deal with and coordinate viewings etc. Ben was brilliant from start to finish and his valuation was spot on. Angie progressed the sale after the offer and she was very proactive getting things done right away. I didn't have to chase anything with this estate agents which is a pleasant change. Easy to contact and great service all round!

GoogleStarkey and Brown (Lincoln) deserve more than five stars in our opinion. Even though we were purchasers rather than sellers and as such we were not their clients they went above and beyond in all aspects and stages of our purchase. Without exception the staff at the Lincoln office did a great job. Worth a specific mention is Sales Progressor Angie Powell. She did a fantastic job of chasing people in the chain and keeping us informed of progress. Highly recommended.
