GoogleBrilliant! These guys are fabulous! They have followed our instructions to the letter. They made the whole sale process so very easy, without complications. They communicated every detail with us. They advised us professionally with regard to potential buyers. They were very speedy. It has been a pleasure to deal with everyone in Starkey and Brown. GoogleTremendous support from Anita and her team at Starkey and Brown in Lincoln. With the property being sold in our absence, we needed someone to go the extra mile. Anita was that person. Not only did she solve problem after problem, but also preempted issues before they could even arise. Providing a rare combination of professionalism and the human touch, Starkey and Brown made our sale a seamless procedure, despite the many and considerable challenges involved along the way. In short, we are indebted. Eleven out of ten on every count. We highly recommend.

GoogleThese guys have been nothing short of amazing. We both sold & bought through them & the service we received from start to finish was faultless. We sold our house within a matter of days and also had an offer accepted on the home we’ve now bought in the same time frame. We were kept in the loop at every stage & every time we needed assistance there was always someone to help, the staff really know their stuff & they were always happy to help when we had any queries. Special shout out to Sophie & Ben who were amazing at dealing with the initial stages & Angie who was our sales progressor, don’t know what we’d have done without her!! Have already recommended these guys to others we know are thinking of selling their homes!

GoogleAvoid at all cost anyone thinking of using these to rent their property through or anyone thinking of renting of them they are terrible very unprofessional and bad at looking after maintenance of your home. The last straw for me was late June 2025 when after waiting a year and a half for them to paint my windows and doors back and front of my home .A guy turned up called Danny he hadn't got a clue didn't sand and prep properly used no undercoat or primer was meant to use gloss he used matt ,he missed areas completely and you can see patches allover where he didn't sand down properly, he took 16hours in total and also damaged a Laura Ashley blind in the bathroom with paint its ruined. Complaind to head of lettings Aimee Murphy who was a complete bully and said im sick of you and your house then after calling head office she was all over me saying we all have bad days I really like you it was so false it was unreal I later found out the guy who did the paintwork was from the company they use DS Projects and the company boss is Aimee Murphys partner so I didn't stand a chance. Kay Bardsley came to inspect and agreed it wasn't right and she would speak to my landlord 12 weeks on ive heard nothing she won't speak to me and everyone is ghosting me .Im now having to get my mental health nurse to deal with this as its made me ill also got the local council involved who have been very supportive .I think my landlord has struck a deal with them and ive not been told its like I dont exist no one cares its really awful and if you can see this good because they keep illegally removing it that's also been looked into I'd hate anyone to go through this please avoid them.
