GoogleThe whole team was very supportive during the purchase of our first home but in particular, Angie was beyond helpful at every opportunity! Queries were always responded to quickly and she didn't mind our endless questions...I hope! GoogleHaving recently selling our property with Starkey and Brown we fully recommend their service. Throughout the whole process we felt fully supported, especially from Angie who deals with aftercare. Angie supported us with advice, chasing people up and keeping us updated. Our first chain unfortunately collapsed when our seller pulled out and Angie was so supportive, and spent the time checking in to make sure we were ok. We always felt Angie had our best interests at heart, and have said a few times how using Starkey and Brown was fully worth the money purely for her support. We will certainly be recommended to anyone we know who is looking to sell.PositiveQuality

GoogleAfter viewing properties with the other estate agencies I have had a very pleasant experience with Starkey & Brown estate agency. From the initial viewing and throughout the journey of buying the property the team have been very helpful in answering my questions and discussing the process and guiding me along the way. The process took longer than expected for various reasons but it was worth the wait. I will definitely recommend Starkey &Brown estate agent. GoogleWe recently sold both our properties through Starkey and Brown and they were fantastic! My original sale fell through and they were able to take me on as a client, market my property and have me an offer accepted within 3 business days. Everyone in the team was helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. I didnt have one bad experience with them throughout my sale and their help with our subsequent purchase. We both have to say that Lucy Atkinson is an asset to the team. She was our Sales Progressor and I have nothing but glowing feedback. She knows what's happening with her cases, she'll stand your corner and she'll be there to support you through the highs and lows of buying and selling houses. We had some terrible experiences with my solicitor and nearly ended up homeless for the weekend. Lucy was still with us right up until we got our keys. We both love Lucy and she's definitely the biggest reason to choose Starkey and Brown. Don't hesitate to give them a call.

GoogleFrom the start just before the lockdown and then through the lockdown the company were very supportive and maintained contact. We knew at all stages who our company contacts were. Sophie in Lincoln and Lucy in Grimsby were particularly good. We’ve used Starkey’s this time and on one other occasion they were our vendor’s agents. GoogleSuperb service from start to finish from caring people. Frazer Cobb did a great job of taking full details of the property with good pictures and unlike some other agencies took the time to get to know me and what I wanted to achieve from the sale. Quite clear that the communication within Starkey and Brown is spot on. Whoever I dealt with knew exactly what was happening with the property and the sale. Never had to go over anything just because I was talking to a different member of staff. During the lockdown I dealt with one of the directors, Michael Brown. Obvious that the helpful, professional and friendly mode of working within the company comes from the top. Thanks Michael. Once a sale had been agreed I was dealing with Angie Powell as the sales progressor. What a star. If there are any problems with a sale Angie will sort them. She will do it with a smile too. I'm rather going to miss the update calls now. I know my buyer is of the same opinion about the service we have both received. I did initially have a visit and quote from another local agent. Full of their own self importance and I felt their main aim was getting their percentage as quickly as possible. Felt much more confident in Starkey and Brown and that confidence wasn't misplaced. I achieved a sale price higher than the other agent suggested I should market the property. Just need the lockdown to be over so I can visit the office to thank everyone in person. GoogleStarkey and Brown have been amazing in helping me sell my house. From the first time I enquired to finally exchanging keys they have been utterly professional and thorough. Frazer took some great pictures and worked hard to secure an offer that was above my asking price. My solicitors were, quite frankly, hopeless but Angie was amazing. She was chasing up them on my behalf and keeping me informed at every stage.
