GoogleRecently put a house up for sale with the Scunthorpe branch of Starkey of Brown. Have used them before. Staff are always friendly, proactive & provide updates on progress. Kara came to value the property and had researched the market and so we were able to agree a price quickly. Aimee & her team arranged a number of viewings and we have been able to accept an offer on the property.

GoogleSpecial thanks to Aimee, Kay and Kara for helping me with finding suitable tenants and subsequently selling my property after having no success with another big estate agent in the area. Communication was regular and clear, they listened to exactly what I needed and over delivered on what I expected. These guys were super transparent from the start and offered useful insights and recommendations that led to us selling the property within a few weeks.

GoogleWe had our property on the market with a well known estate agent in Scunthorpe for over 12 weeks, we felt they left us idling, they were only interested if we brought the price down. Starkey and Brown took over, Kara was amazing. She came to our home to speak to us, she was ready to take pictures there and then and within 24 hours, our property went live! Within a week we had an offer, admittedly it fell through but within 6 weeks we were back on. The service has been top notch! The ladies are friendly and very knowledgable. So far we've been kept in the loop. Fingers cross the next step goes as well as the first half. Well done guys!

GoogleI have to say for first time buyers like ourselves, Starkey and brown have been very patient with us. A small hiccup with the AIP documents, so for future buyers a mortgage promise is the same as the AIP. Amazing staff and very informative with the property your viewing. And don't feel that you've been landed with 'need to provide us with this' 'need to provide us with that'. Starkey and brown are with you to support every step of the way. Would highly recommend this agency.

GoogleStarkey and Brown were appointed as our estate agents during the recent sale of our home. The house was live online within hours of their staff attending and taking photos etc. We had 3 viewings within 3 days, one of which went on to purchase the house. Aimee and Lucy were fantastic throughout the process acting as a great go between us and the buyers. They kept both parties fully informed at all stages and nothing was too much trouble. Professional, courteous and efficient in all undertakings. We would fully recommend Starkey and Brown to anyone considering buying or selling.
