GoogleHighly recommend! During a very lengthy process, the team at Starkey and Brown were outstanding. Communication from start to finish was excellent. Also a big shout out to Angie, who kept me updated, almost daily at one point, so I was fully informed at each part of the process.

GoogleI had an exceptional experience with Starkey & Brown. Their professionalism and friendliness were evident throughout the process, and their communication was outstanding. I truly felt that they cared for both their clients and the properties they manage. The thoughtful move-in gift box was a delightful touch that added to the overall excellent service. I highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to use them again, though I hope I won't need to anytime soon! Fantastic job!

GoogleKara absolutely blew us both away from the moment we met her. She was just lovely. She was so knowledgeable, went through everything with us, explained each stage, she even brought examples of the market past and present in line with the property we are looking to sell and explaining what and why. No stone was left unturned. We came away understanding everything, the way she dealt with us was like speaking with a friend. We were totally at ease and knew Kara would take some beating on the way she made us feel, her knowledge and customer service as a whole. The turnaround time from our initial meeting, to pictures, for the listing to go live and the board to be erected and EPC sorted was a matter of days. The service has been outstanding from Kara followed by excellent communication throughout. You really cannot ask anymore. From one seller/buyer to another, my advice to you is choose Kara from S&B her property/market knowledge , customer service and the drive she has to assist you in buying/selling your property, i can assure you, you won't find anyone better. If i could give Kara more stars i would.

GoogleFinding the right property is exciting, but navigating the buying process can be daunting. Thankfully, we had Angie from Starkey & Brown on our side! From the first conversation, Angie was professional and friendly. She clearly explained the next steps and kept us informed throughout the entire purchase. Angie was fantastic at chasing up the seller's side, ensuring a smooth flow of communication. Her proactive approach meant we were not left waiting or wondering about what was happening next. Unfortunately, it took some time for our purchase to progress due to delays with the seller's chain. The lack of communication from their solicitors was causing a lot of stress, especially with delays in the seller’s chain. Had we not had Angie chasing updates and proactively contacting other parties involved, we would have walked away. Angie did not just chase updates; she suggested the eventual fix to the issue holding the completion up. Her expertise in handling communication between all parties was invaluable. There were times when we were not sure whether we would ever complete, but Angie was always patient and happy to answer all our questions, no matter how small. Her constant reassurance and proactive approach were a lifesaver. Thanks to Angie's dedication, clear communication, and problem-solving skills, we finally have a completion date and could not be happier. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

Able to view multiple properties before finding the right one for us . Starkey and Brown accommodated request to view property at different times of day prior to offer . GoogleStarkey & Brown, Kay in particular, have been brilliant in helping us out in renting our house out. They made the whole proces so straightforward and easy from start to finish. We are very happy with the tennants they have found us as well as the valuation, charges and everything else involved.
