GoogleEmma and Grace were amazing! We had an extremely busy viewing period and they organised all this for us considering making life easy for us with childcare etc. I could contact them any time, and discuss anything I was a little unsure on and they always helped clarify things. We had a quick sale and they enabled this and kept in contact throughout the whole process.

GoogleWe recently bought a property sold by Simon Blyth. James S was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. James was very attentive and always on hand to answer our queries promptly, we could not be happier with the service he provided, he has been absolutely amazing! Also, the sellers solicitor was rather slow but James was always happy to speak to them and the vendor on our behalf whenever we needed, his efforts massively helped to speed things up and get us moved into our new house before Chistmas, which we are delighted about. Thanks so much James, we are so grateful for all your help!!

GoogleI have recently sold my house through Simon Blyth Holmfirth office, and relocated to North Yorkshire. I had expected with being a 'lockdown' sale that it might be tricky, but it couldn't have been further from the truth. From first meeting Joseph who impressed me with his local knowledge and clear enthusiasm about marketing my property, to the fantastic brochure photos taken by Dustin who made my house look so good I almost didn't want to move! Special thanks to Grace who was just brilliant, always really responsive helpful and cheerful for both myself and my buyer. Thanks to you all and to everyone at the Holmfirth office everything went smoother than I could ever have imagined... Thank You!

Joe was a really pleasant first contact as the person who evaluated our house, then both Grace and James were really helpful, responsive, and nice to deal with. We had lots of viewings and got an accepted offer on the table very quickly. Would highly recommend this team.

I want to, moreover, I'm happy to convey on Google my sincere appreciation to Simon Blythe's estate agents, in particular Charlotte. Charlotte was very helpful, she had the ability at certain epochs to elucidate clearly some of the esoteric processes innate, intrinsic involved buying a home. Charlotte would be confident, understanding and calm in moments of stress and anxiety, which was very reassuring. She is a credit to herself and Simon Blythe's estate agents.

GoogleWe purchased a property through Simon Blyth and dealt with Charlotte Haynes from start to finish. If it wasn't for Charlotte, the entire process (which took over 5 months because of COVID) would have been a lot more painful. Charlotte continually updated us, even with the smallest of changes. There were 9 in the chain and Charlotte coordinated and dealt with as much of the changes/issues as well as she possibly could. An absolute credit to Simon Blyth. Thanks again Charlotte! GoogleGreat service all round, from the moment we asked Simon Blyth estate agents to come and value our house to the day we moved. Charlotte came to see us, valued our property and did our sales brochure nothing was too much trouble and she was always available. The staff were always up to speed on the progress of our sale and kept us in the loop at every stage and was also in contact with our solicitor. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants to sell their property. Thank you to Charlotte and her team they deserve more than 5 stars in my book.

GoogleThe staff at Simon Blythe have helped me since September 2019 to sell a bungalow in Stocksbridge. As I don’t live locally they have taken on tasks over & above normal such as organising grass cutting, reading meters & checking that house clearance men had locked up. Emily Kenny & Hannah Moore have been most helpful & finally we have a sale. It was the only agents that were in the shopping area so they fulfil a vital role.
