GoogleI have 'tried' to use other estate agents in the Penistone area, however, none compare to the quality of Simon Blyths. Maria is their greatest asset. She can be calm and reassuring, but also leads and gets the project moving. Other agents will sell the dream but no one compares to Maria and team who fully support the sale and purchase of a new home. It's been a tough journey for us and we wouldn't have done it without Maria's persistence to get the sale completed. Would highly recommend

She even assited in areas that normally would be the solicitors domain, but when solicitors are hard to reach or do not give time to explain or help their clients this can be timely, stessful and can cause a chain to collapse. Maria gave help in these legal matters. I cannot thank Maria enough for all her hard work, time and effort, she is a fantastic asset, I can't imagine you would get a better service anywhere else.
