GoogleSimon Blyth and Rebecca have been the most amazing agents to work with when renting our properties, they have never let us down in 6 years, always searching for the best tenants and going the extra mile. No problem is too much for them. Rebecca is great to work with, great communicator, and dealing with all the stress so that we don't have to. Would recommend Rebecca and Simon Blyth to anyone looking for a great Estate Agent.

GoogleJust phoned and asked if someone could come out to see a house I want to sell.Cannot make this Saturday and next Saturday he is on annual leave so cannot come out for 2 week So i ask can anyone else help me - no So, should I go elsewhere - Yes Honestly could not believe the approach to someone bringing them business. I phone these first because of the good reviews - perhaps it is just me they do not work with

GoogleHad difficulty actually arranging for a valuer to call as were totally unwilling to fit around the times I could do. Made me wonder if they would be as unhelpful when it comes to showing people around my home. They didnt get my business!

GoogleExcellent service from Martin and staff at Fox Valley branch. We got the full asking price for the house after a surprise valuation (£20,000 more than other estate agents locally). The service throughout a protracted sale was superb, lots of help and support as there were some nerve wracking moments with our buyer, I always felt like SB were on our side and they did everyting to smooth things for us. I would highly recommend them, and special thanks to Martin, what a complete star.

They were very helpful throughout the whole process, especially when dealing with our solicitor and our buyer's solicitor. Maria Diaz in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything went ahead according to plan. Highly recommended!

GoogleIn recently selling our house we used Simon Blyth Estate Agents and am I glad we did. We took their advice and priced it a lot higher then advised by others and to our surprise (not Simon Blyths) within the month we accepted 2K less, whooo!! We were also very lucky in having Becky Hampshire handle the sale and she was awesome. She kept the whole thing on track working very closely with our solicitor to keep it moving and everyone on the same page. She is full of spot on advice and pearls of wisdom as well as being an excellent judge of character and knowing how most people think. This is the third house move we have done and I have never met someone so determined to do an outstanding job and genuinely care about her clients and the out come. Will defiantly be calling on her in the future.

GoogleUntil Maria joined the team at penistone I was in the process of changing estate agents. Maria found a buyer for me and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The sale wasn't trouble free due to the length of the chain, however Maria worked tirelessly to make things happen. she was also very helpful with my purchase even though she wasn't acting on the seller's behalf, the estate agents of where i was purchasing were quite demanding. Because the sale of my property wasn't straightforward , which from my experience is quite normal I was glad that I had Maria ironing out the problems.

They ensured the photos were right (not easy with the weather), were friendly and professional when answering our questions and kept in communication with us. Maria Diaz looked after us, helping us find properties that might be suitable to move to and negotiated on our behalf. Definitely our first choice if we move again.

The photos and brochure were done quickly and we had many accompanied viewings and various offers within weeks. Maria guided us through the whole process giving us advice where needed. From the valuation through to completion, Maria kept us fully informed with updates from the various parties involved which was invaluable. GoogleThe team at Simon Blyth's Penistone were fantastic throughout the sale of my old property and the purchase of my new home. David made the process of deciding how best to market the property very easy and helped ensure the property looked and sounded its best. Maria was fantastic ensuring all the parties came together to process the sale/purchase as quickly as possible, not an easy job for her at times!! She kept me fully up-to-date with progress throughout and always had a smile and a laugh. I also used the maintenance service who were also fantastic. Overall a great service from all involved. GoogleTerrible Lettings Service Experience We recently found a new home in Honley for our 78 year old mother in law. Simon Blyths Lettings failed to return calls, misdirected information, messed up the rental paperwork, and worse of all - confused and contacted the elderly lady directly, despite being specifically asked not to. All the way through the process they showed levels of incompetence that was explained in writing by Simon Lewis, the Lettings Manager as as a consequence of them being busy. Well good luck and im pleased your so busy because I will never use your services or recommend them again.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with simon Blyth’s. In this time we used both Barnsley and penistone branch. All the staff i had dealings with were amazing! I can not recommend them enough. Moving house is so stressful even more so with a young family. So choosing the right estate agents is so very important. I was not disappointed. They even supported me through our current purchase. They’ve gone above and beyond thank you!
