GoogleI was in two minds as to whether to sell my house "myself" or use an estate agent... especially when we received an offer so quickly. Thank goodness I went with Simon Blythe in Penistone! Maria Diaz was a total god send...couldn't have done it without her. Always available, liaising between me and the buyer and solicitors. Helped to smooth out every little problem (and there were alot of them) Would absolutely recommend.

GoogleLiving overseas and selling our UK property proved to be a stress free experience. This was all due to the efficient service offered by the Penistone office, in particular Maria and Kristy. Between them they organised and conducted around 18 accompanied viewings and always provided us with feedback within 48 hours by either telephone or email. They regularly keep in touch with potential buyers who either had made, or were considering making an offer and kept us informed of any developments. The company's fee structure was reasonable and fair, with no added extras.

GoogleThe level of individual attention and care given by the team at Simon Blyth was remarkable. Maria Diaz visited our house, advised on the marketing and personally led the sale. She was exceptional in her professional and friendly service and support during the whole process, not least at the key points, such as pricing, dealing with offers and negotiating. She was focussed on us as vendors and took careful account of our particular needs and gave us clear guidance when needed. She took a pro-active role throughout the whole process and kept us fully informed. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe recently moved home, both sale and purchase were handled by Simon Blythe Penistone office. Maria was our contact and she was amazing, her representation for us made the whole experience as easy and stress less as can be. Maria was the hub of communication for the chain and the legal side, keeping everyone in the loop at all times. Simon Blythe offered great value for money and if you are considering putting you home on the market I would strongly advise you contact them.

GoogleWe have nothing but positive things to say about Simon Blyth Penistone Branch and especially Maria and Kristy. We recently sold through SB and also bought a house they were selling and I have to say that this was managed excellently. Maria and Kristy managed our sale very professionally, always organised, and prompt feedback. Maria even visited our house with the David (the valuer) which was a nice touch and reassured us potential buyers would receive informed information. Maria was exceptional during the legal process, always managing to get the solicitors focused. Post-completion Maria was still helping with some of the smaller issues that crop up and did so with great care and energy. We couldn't recommend Maria, Kristy and Simon Blyth highly enough.

GoogleDreadful company. Arranged to view a rental property, but they never got back to me. I phoned up 5 more times to try arrange another viewing, but they said they couldn't find it on their website and would return my call. Nobody has been in touch. Very unprofessional.

GoogleAlways found the staff in the Holmfirth office to be very accommodating and helpful whenever we've been in touch or been in. Never had any problems with the agents as yet. Anything we have had minor problems with, have been sorted promptly and efficiently which we can't complain about! All in all, a good experience so far! I would specifically like to mention Georgina in the Holmfirth office who I usually speak to when phoning - I find her to be very friendly, polite and efficient with regards to any maintenance we've needed in the past!
