GoogleDismal, worst estate agent I've ever dealt with. As a buyer we got gazumped but no opportunity to revisit our offer, so we lost out and the seller lost out on a better price for their house. Shocking customer service avoid at all costs

GoogleRecently purchased and sold a house with Simon Blyth, and would certainly recommend them. Dealt with Charlotte at the Barnsley branch at the time of the COVID lockdown for the sale element. Charlotte was very efficient, kept us up to date at all times after liaising with both our purchasers and solicitors. She was very professional but friendly, assisting with sale through during unprecedented difficult times. Thank you Charlotte for all your help.

GoogleAbsolutely could not recommend these guys enough! All through COVID-19 they had the office landline redirected to there mobiles so no matter any querries they where able to help! I personally dealt with Emily here and she was an absolute star handled everything for me and couldnt of been happier to do so, and made the normally stressful deal or selling a house an absolute breeze! Would recommend 100% to anyone!

GoogleSimon Blyth are a friendly bunch. They took the time to explain all about my house sale, and took top quality photographs on the day they valued my house - no waiting around for days to get an appointment - great when you need a fast sale. Communication was always great both on the phone or by email. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe’ve recently just sold our second property through Simon Blyth and on both occasions we’ve received excellent service from the staff. From the initial market appraisal right through to completion we’ve had the best service possible from the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable team at the Fox Valley Sheffield branch. They all have sound knowledge of the local area and are a real pleasure to deal with. They’ve kept us up to date with viewings, feedback, offers and progress throughout. We would definitely use them again should we require their services.
