GoogleThey are simply the best.Very reliable,friendly, understanding and professional.We rented a flat through them and had a peaceful stay for 2 years. The flat was maintained in an excellent condition by the agency through regular inspections and pest control and other safety checks visits.From the day of viewing till we got back our deposit the agency has been so kind and helpful. They dealt with all our concerns promptly and in a very friendly manner. Overall we are very pleased with their services and would recommend them to all.. Special appreciation to Sophie,she has been really fabulous! Best wishes to the team!

GoogleTaking your deposit and listing the property again on the market just because the quarantor was on holiday and waited for his accountant to send a document that was needed. £ 300 lost as they are not giving full information to start with and cannot refund as "you signed for it". Disgusting and unprofessional. I will 100% avoid them.

GoogleA highly disappointing and frustrating experience as a tenant. I currently feel quite helpless, especially because it's my first time trying to find accommodation on my own. Regrettably, they do not seem to be accommodating or student-friendly at all. I sincerely hope that no one else has to endure the same ordeal I am going through, which is why I am sharing this review. If you happen to be a student, I would advise against using this agent. After paying the holding deposit, it becomes a tool they use to pressure you for quick responses, including a referencing check that they likely know you won't pass. As time passes, they may even insist on a guarantor, while you continue to struggle to secure accommodation. Moreover, there have been concerning threats regarding the return of your deposit, which, in spite of their initial statement that it's non-refundable, should be refunded. As one review rightly pointed out, they often provide incomplete information. When inquiring about the requirements for the next steps, they frequently sidestep the question, focusing on immediate tasks and promising to address future steps later. Unfortunately, this delay could leave you without accommodation. p.s. I had to give it one star to leave a comment; otherwise, I wouldn't give it any stars at all.

FacebookAs a landlord living abroad I was looking to prepare my flat for rental, find a tenant and manage my property whilst I am away. Signature Estates couldn't have been more helpful from the first moment I called! They guided me every step of the way, providing good information and excellent work people for all the various jobs that came up. When it was ready to go, they had organised a huge number of viewings and within just five days I had an offer! Amazing. What was particularly important to me as a long-distance landlord, was being able to contact them easily. Georgia in particular was always ready with a listening ear and grounding advice - invaluable when you're in my position. Thanks Georgia, Sophie, Kirsty & the whole SE team for helping get everything sorted!
