GoogleI highly recommend Signature Estates, particularly Glynn Pope. He arranged truly stunning photos of our home, far better than any other listing I had seen. He sold our house incredibly quickly. In fact, everyone who viewed it made an offer! So he really knew who to get through the door. Glynn kept us regularly updated throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. GoogleWe recently rented a flat through Signature Estates and had a truly great experience. From start to finish, we felt supported throughout the process by Lathagini, who was incredibly patient and helpful, especially when some of our paperwork took longer to process. Her support made everything much easier, and we really appreciate all the help she provided. We also want to thank Ruby, who showed us the flat during our viewing. She was very friendly, kind, and made us feel comfortable right away. We absolutely love our new flat and would definitely recommend Signature Estates to anyone looking to rent or buy a property!

FacebookThey run a scam where they charge you for cleaning fees when you move out as a tennent in their properties. We left the property spotless but they tried to charge us 300 pounds for 10 hours of cleaning which we argued through the deposit scheme and had it fully refunded. The adjudicator said the property was never professionally cleaned before we moved in so we shouldnt have to pay for it to be cleaned when moving out. If I had to guess they have a relationship with monicas cleaning services who kick them fake invoices for cleaning carried out, just my view i have no evidence for this.
Hi Andrew, In response to your review, I would like to clarify that we do not run a “scam” where cleaning companies produce fake invoices, we never have and we never will. Further, we were instructed by our landlord to make deductions for cleaning, this was their decision based on the check out report. The clean was carried out at a cost to the landlord of £324.00. You didn’t agree and exercised your right to dispute and the matter went to the adjudicator at DPS who found in your favour, stating that in their view the property was as clean as it was when you moved in. The remainder of the deposit was then released to you. This is exactly why these schemes are in place Andrew, so that they can deal with disputes between landlords and tenants. The adjudicator found in your favour and that’s the end of the matter. It was never anything to do with us (we are just in the middle) and we had absolutely nothing to gain from it. I am pleased that have got your deposit back and wish you all the best but please refrain from casting aspersions about something that in your own words you have absolutely no evidence of. FacebookAs a landlord living abroad I was looking to prepare my flat for rental, find a tenant and manage my property whilst I am away. Signature Estates couldn't have been more helpful from the first moment I called! They guided me every step of the way, providing good information and excellent work people for all the various jobs that came up. When it was ready to go, they had organised a huge number of viewings and within just five days I had an offer! Amazing. What was particularly important to me as a long-distance landlord, was being able to contact them easily. Georgia in particular was always ready with a listening ear and grounding advice - invaluable when you're in my position. Thanks Georgia, Sophie, Kirsty & the whole SE team for helping get everything sorted!

GooglePathetic service and a deeply disappointing tenancy checkout experience. After living in the property for three years and paying rent on time every single month, I am now forced to chase my own deposit repayment. Every follow-up is met with the same excuses, either my point of contact is “out of the office” or the landlord “has not yet responded.” This begs the question: what exactly do letting agents do if they cannot manage such a basic responsibility? Coordinating with the landlord and ensuring deposits are returned promptly is literally your job, not the tenant’s. Had I missed or delayed even one rent payment during the last three years, I would undoubtedly have been chased relentlessly. Yet when it comes to returning my money, there is zero urgency or accountability. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service.

GoogleWe started property hunting in September but only met signature estate in November and i truly regret the wasted two months before then. When Ruby showed me the flat I knew I wanted it and the process was just smooth all the way. I got caught up in some work and was unavailable sometimes but lathagini is amazing. We felt respected and INCLUDED. Many thanks to you all at SE and please DON'T stop. Ohh the the property is absolutely divine. we couldn't ask for more, everything was thought about.

FacebookI was new to buy to let and had seen a lot of properties and estate agents. I found Signature estates to be a great company and I enjoyed working with Lee Goddard. He was knowledgeable, thorough and went out of his way to ensure a smooth process of buying my first buy to let flat. He answered all my questions and liaised with the developer and the solicitor and ensured the process was seamless as possible. I was so please with the service provided by Lee and his team, that I also used signature estate as the agent to rent out my property and find a rentee. He conducted many viewings before the sale of my flat went through so that we would find a rentee by the time we completed, which he did. This worked out really well as it meant I did not lose any rental income. I will be using Signature estates and Lee Goddard for any future property investments. I would highly recommend Signature estates

GoogleBack in 2016, we rented a small flat in Watford through this agency. Everything was smooth until last year when we faced kitchen issues. The assigned workers were unprofessional, even snooping in areas they shouldn't. Despite our complaints, the agency, including these individuals named Sophie, Georgia, Lisa, and Bill (who was very ignorant as well!) ignored us and showed a lack of understanding of UK law. Feeling mistreated, we voiced our concerns but were unfairly evicted. When they handed over their petty letter of UNFAIR EVICTION, I was about to laugh in their faces! I did that after that woman left. Despite giving us a deadline for February using the landlord request excuse, we moved out within a week, prioritising our savings for a house instead of taking this way further as we could have done that very easily!!! We checked! But they were very lucky there thats all Im saying! If the landlord was aware of this SHAME ON YOU TOO! Fortunately, we found a better agency and are now proud homeowners. So thanks for this! Haha!! Despite the challenges with "Signature Estates," we won't forget their attitude and discrimination!! We won't recommend them to anyone and we will make sure to share this story everywhere and with everyone! Beware of their so-called professionalism, they care little for tenants as they only treat better people who own the properties aka landlords! Karma has its way, and we believe in it! A word of caution to all: exercise caution when dealing with them and don't hesitate to voice your concerns! Their competence is questionable, and their reliance on fancy suits for an 'impression' is misleading. I'll stop here, as I might not be allowed to express my full thoughts about them! Once again SHAME ON YOU ALL AND DONT FORGET WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND FOLKS! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 I would give 0 stars if I could!!!!

GoogleAlan and his team are brilliant. We recently sold our flat with them, after having previously listed it with a more ‘corporate’ local agency. I am SO happy we switched, I really felt I could trust Alan. He treated me with respect and talked honestly with me throughout every stage of the sale (which he got us after a couple of weeks, compared with several months with the other agency). These things might sound obvious, but are really not the norm in my experience. I recommend anyone who wants to sell their house with minimal stress and nonsense to choose signature estates.

Facebook⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Fantastic, Stress-Free Experience! We recently sold our home and purchased our new one through Signature Estate Agents, and the whole process couldn’t have gone more smoothly! From the very beginning, the team really listened to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect property while making sure our sale went through without a hitch. Communication was brilliant throughout, proactive, regular updates, and a really easy way to stay in touch whenever we needed anything. It honestly made the experience feel completely seamless. We also used Signature’s in-house solicitor service, which was a huge help. It kept the conveyancing side of things running effortlessly and made sure everything was well-coordinated from start to finish. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend Signature Estate Agents to anyone thinking of buying or selling. The sales market at the moment has its fair share of time waster buyers and it helps when the sales agent responds quickly when a buyer withdraws without any obvious reason. This was my experience but Glynn found another buyer and the transaction concluded without further delay.

GoogleI have been dealing with Signature Estates in Watford for 4 years now. As a landlord I bought a buy to let property that Signature Estates were marketing and have subsequently let it out via Signature Estates with various new tenants. During this time I have dealt with Ciara from the Lettings team. She is a warm, friendly and extremely efficient member of the team who goes out of her way to provide a great service. As a busy landlord she is invaluable to me and the reason why Signature Estates continue to receive my business four years on. Please don't ever leave Ciara!
