TrustpilotExcellent! and we were the purchaser of the property not the seller,
I just cannot praise Sheens enough, as James, Oliver and the girls at Sheens just could not have helped us more when we were purchasing one of their properties that they had for sale, My Estate Agent I could not get them to answer the phone half the time, and would not keep me up to date to how the purchase and selling of our properties were going at all. Thanks again Sheens excellent, Sue and Lindseyx

TrustpilotHelpful and considerate Estate Agents.
We bought a property in Kirby le Soken with Sheens being the estate agent that looked after the property. They were brilliant we use to go to Sheens to see how the sale was progressing as our estate agents did not answer the phone.Could not wish for better agents.

GoogleI can not praise the Sheens team at Frinton highly enough, I was buying a probate, so empty, these guys and girls, James, John, Roz and the other admin staff were just outstanding and professional, nothing was too much trouble and right to the wire on completion they had my back, don't settle for second best go with Sheens!

GoogleCannot recommend Sheen's highly enough. Friendly, supportive always happy to help with questions queries and calls always returned promptly and responded too... Our sale completed today and I genuinely think without James and Roz this would not have happened, they have gone above and beyond and dispute my literally daily calls I never felt I was being a pain. I would recommend Sheen's over and over we really have had the best service and James has helped make a stressful time more manageable. Thank you from The Merry's :-)

GoogleSheens of Frinton were extremely supportive when helping me sell my home. The staff (James Denyer) in particular were proactive in their approach and in regular communication with myself, the buyers and solicitors. I would certainly use them again in the future, and would highly recommend their services. Thank you!

GoogleWe recently used Sheens to sell our bungalow, from the offset we found all of the team to be positive, honest & pro-active. The communication was excellent and we always got feedback from every viewing we had. Anyone we ever spoke with in person or over the phone took their time with us and we found them always on hand to offer advice.

Could not be more pleased with the service received from Sheens. They are efficient, reliable and never failed to do what they said they would do. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish.

TrustpilotJames and his team from Frinton have…
James and his team from Frinton have been so efficient right from the very beginning of placing my dear mums house on the market. They were accurate about the price and worked really hard to get a buyer. It went through smoothly to completion. definitely go with them again.

TrustpilotHouse Sale
The team at the Frinton office went above and beyond during my recent house sale. It was in difficult times when everyone was rushing for the stamp duty holiday deadline. They were always courteous and helpful on the phone, tirelessly chasing buyers solicitors and keeping me updated every step of the way. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
