I can't thank James, John, Lee and the team enough, they all went above and beyond for me, they all done everything possible they could for me, chasing my solicitor's and the buyer's solicitor, always replied to any enquiries when I needed answes. Buying a property can be stressful but knowing you have a very reliable estate agent by your side makes the process more relaxing. Would definitely recommend using Sheens estate

Great support from Sheens as we were selling the property from 450 miles away so they arranged for contractor access as well as all viewings. The staff were positive, cheerful and helpful at all times. They also kept an eye on the property through the winter and communicated proactively and well with us. An excellent and worry free experience at a difficult time for us. Would highly recommend this company.

AVOID! Sheens and avoid Pattinson's Auction based on our experience. Sheens recommended that we use Pattinson's, saying they worked closely together. We ended up with two accepted offers from two different buyers, and both sales collapsed. We believe this was due to Sheens failing to follow the proper procedures and potentially breaching their own agreed process with Pattinson's. When my father called the Frinton branch after the second collapse, he was told, in effect, that the manager had 'had a really bad day' and was going home. When my father then went to the Clacton Head Office to speak to the owner/branch manager, it was clear that he hadn't even reviewed the file before offering vague reassurances. Pattinson's terms also felt very one-sided. While tied into their auction agreement, they seek a 6% fee regardless of where the buyer comes from. We also believe that the auction listing was extended without our parents' explicit agreement and outside what we understood to be the contractual arrangement. After two failed sales and a great deal of wasted time and stress, we're left feeling frustrated and out of pocket. We cannot recommend either Sheens or Pattinson's.

We used Sheen's in 2023 and can't rate them enough. We went up for sale just as the interest rates were increasing and had 2 chain collapses. Yet James and his team answered every call, every email until we finally got it over the line. Not just with our sale, but also providing as much information as possible on the other parts of the chain. Without them we would never have moved and I can't recommend them enough. Very reasonable fees and just an overall professional friendly service.

Good morning Terry, I understand that it can be frustrating in losing out on a property, however when you offered on the property, you were not in a position proceed. We mentioned that the property would remain on the market until you had a buyer for yours or if another buyer was found. This was also put in writing to you and sent on the 23rd June explaining the sellers position.

Georgia's communication and work ethic was fantastic, If i could only say the same for William H Brown, who sold Jean's previous property and i have paid them £4666.80. for doing next to nothing.

Sheen's Estate agents in Clacton offer excellent customer service. They sold my Fathers property after he died and Sheen's have been excellent right the way through from start to finish. Always updating you by email or phone, keeping you updated. and questions answered immediately and anything you have to ask is always dealt with in a professional manner. Every member of staff was always very friendly and helpful and professional at all times. The support i was given by Sheen's was outstanding. The Manager Mr L Everitt was Absoloutely Brilliant and efficient at all times. He definately made sure that i was kept up with what was going on always so helpful and emailed me whenever there was anything i needed to know about. Can't say a bad word about sheens. We where living in London and looking for a property to buy in clacton so not the easiest thing to do. All the staff are amazing and helped up so much with every step of the way even when it was squeezing us in for viewings as we could only do weekends. Lee was absolutely amazing and he did all he could to help us find what we needed and would always contact us as soon as property came up.
