GoogleI used Sheen's Lettings while renting and then used their Estate Agency service when it came to sell. Sheen's are a great local Estate Agency service. There is always someone on hand to help. You don't have to wait for the person dealing with your sale to help, they all pitch in. They also have all the notes on file so the service is consistent. Their fees are very reasonable and they work hard to support you throughout the sale. Highly recommended.

GoogleThe only care about the needs of the owners of the properties and care only what they legally have to for the people who rent out the properties. Favorite saying "The Property owners are out paying clients and we support you as much as we are legally allowed to do."
To me that suggests that if I rent through Sheens I am not a priority but I will look after your needs because I'm legally obliged to however thats all I will do because your not the paying client and we ensure to keep the property owners happy!! Sad 😥

GoogleWe recently had the pleasure of using Sheens to sell our bungalow. We had previously bought the bungalow from Sheens and had no hesitation in using them for the sale. All the staff are incredibly helpful and professional and were really instrumental in ensuring our sale and purchase went through as easily as it could. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for great service.

GoogleProfessional and helpful. John has always gone above and beyond to help us with buying and selling or even just for advice on property that he isn’t even selling. And James was constantly on the phone to update us and to push through a sale that was taking a while to go through. Will be using them for all our agent needs in the future👍 …
