Amazing work from everyone at sheens, sold the property through yourselves. I would say the best Estate agent in Clacton for a fast and smooth sale, kept me in the loop and even helped me get in touch with solicitors on both sides.

The year started with a bad experience with another estate agent. But, from the moment I spoke to Ben at sheens, everything changed. Ben came round and valued the house, very friendly and knowledgeable. From that moment, Sheens did everything they promised us. Phone calls were answered, viewers were regular, feedback was within a couple of days via email or call. Our house sold in three months. It was like our buyer was the perfect one to pass on our family home to. Once sold, we had lots of communication up until the day of exchange/completion. And when I went in to leave keys, it was so lovely. They were all so supportive especially with my emotions and being tearful. They were reassuring and supportive. So thanks to John for being such a nice calm young man and keeping us up to date with viewings and feedback. Thanks to Lee for finding us the perfect buyer. Thanks to James for chasing everything and keeping us up to date. A big thanks to Ella who supported me on viewings, listened to me and was such an emotional support. Now to the lovely young Scarlett. She was very nervous answering the phones at the beginning as she was new. But wow, she grew into a very confident young woman within weeks. Once her confidence grew, there was no telling that she was relatively new. She was amazing. Mustn't forget Gary, he has a superb team and he was also available for help and support. Thank you all so much, you are definitely the agent to go to.

GoogleSimply terrible. Interested in a house that is still available in Walton on the Naze. My husband called 3 weeks ago where someone said they were going to call to book a viewing. Nobody did so we got in touch again to see if there was a reason and someone again said the same thing. I don't think this kind of behaviour is very professional and shows lack of care. Who wants to deal with people like this? Usually people that don't care about others don't really care about themselves. "Don't do to others what you do not wish for yourself" Yeshua

The team at Sheen's Clacton recently handled the sale of our house and the customer service from James, Lee and the whole team was outstanding. The whole house moving process can be quite stressful at the best of times, especially when there's a chain and a lot of moving parts, but James especially was so helpful, so patient and so responsive to our many, many questions. He really is a diamond! Thanks to the whole team at Sheen's, we'd highly recommend them.
