GoogleAt first Seymour’s wasn’t the best BUT a new team replaced the clowns. I must say they were fantastic Ronnie, Danielle and Natalie where 100% on the ball after my terrible service, they went above and beyond with helping me, the new team made all the difference. GoogleA huge thanks to the team at Seymours who went above and beyond to help us secure our dream home! Ronnie showed us around the house diligently and answered every question we had to make sure all our questions were answered. And Danielle went above and beyond to make sure we were in before Christmas. Being a first time buyer she was always at the end of the phone to answer any question we had, no matter how silly we thought it was! Ae are forever grateful for all your help!

GoogleJourney to our last purchase started with a viewing with Ronnie showing us the property in a very professional manner. Unfortunately, the purchase was not straightforward as there were a few complex bottlenecks. Thankfully, right when things were not going anywhere John, and then Danielle stepped in and patiently supported us at every step. Danielle was highly effective in coordinating with our and sellers' Solicitors which really made a huge difference. I would recommend Seymours Addlestone to anyone looking for their next home.

GoogleEvery member of the team I have dealt with is a credit to Seymours, but my primary contact was Aaron Williams and it’s easy to see why he’s the manager of the lettings area. Aaron is likeable, professional, knowledgeable and very, very efficient. No hidden surprises, everything was explained by Aaron beforehand, and he delivered on everything that he said either he, or a member of the team, would do. He’s commercially switched on as well, the timing of the house I’ve now moved into wasn’t quite right and I was going to have to pass on it, but Aaron set out to see if the property’s availability could be brought forward to enable me to move in sooner than originally advertised, and he successfully did so. From then onwards it was all done, dusted and closed at lightspeed. Great work, Seymours.

GoogleI would just like to say thank you to the Seymours team at Addlestone. First impressions count and the Sales Manager Andrew Hunt impressed me with his professionalism, knowledge and yet non pushy approach. The team that conducted the viewings were outstanding, communicating well, they were efficient and confident with a warm, positive approach. Then we have the after sales care managed by the wonderful John. Despite a heavy workload, he was always available when you needed him and took action when required, resolving any potential problems swiftly. He had the perfect balance of professionalism along with always somehow finding time for a quick chat even if it was just for reassurance. It’s rare these days to have a service you can’t fault but this team led by Anna worked incredibly well together and I have to say lead the way in how a business should work. To sum it up they do what it says on the tin!

GoogleTo sell a family home, I originally contacted Seymours Addlestone for a valuation for probate and was immediately struck by their professionalism and realistic knowledge of the local area. Once probate was granted, I was back in touch and was again hugely impressed by their local knowledge and the speed with which the process was put in motion. As I don't live in the area, they handled all of the viewings, managing to get more than thirty viewings in just over a week, and from that, a large number of offers culminating in the accepted offer being considerably over the original asking price. Selling a property remotely after a bereavement isn't something I'd wish to repeat but can not thank the team at Seymours Addlestone enough for all of their hard work in making it as smooth a process as I could hope for. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

GoogleWe have so much thanks to give to all the team at Seymour’s in Addlestone! We were THAT family who fell in love with their dream home before our own home was even on the market…..all the team at Seymour’s knew how much we loved and wanted this house and they did absolutely everything in their power to make this possible for us. Andrew was fantastic, that same day he came and valued our home and arranged the photographs so our house could be on the market within 24 hours of viewing the house we loved! Also a big thankyou to James, Ronnie and Rory who worked hard filling the diary with viewings…..we sold within 2 days! John on the sales progression team has been fantastic. We had a couple of little bumps in the road during our house sale following the survey and John was on hand offering advice and guidance throughout, nothing was too much trouble and he kept us updated throughout the whole sales process. Sorry if I have missed anyone off, but I couldn’t review without giving credit to each and every one of you as you have all been a big part of getting us to this point. We exchanged earlier this week and get the keys beginning of November! I can’t recommend Seymour’s highly enough and we are so grateful to all of you for helping us get our forever family home!

John single handedly restored my faith in estate agents, guiding me every step of the way. We had a remarkably fast turnaround of just seven weeks from offer to completion, which is almost unheard of, I’m certain it would have taken two or three times longer without John’s expertise and dedication. He not only recommended the right type of solicitors but also stayed on top of everything, consistently chasing them on my behalf and keeping me fully informed. I always knew exactly where we stood, with no need for second-guessing. On top of that, he provided fantastic renovation ideas for my project house and was genuinely a pleasure to deal with, making the typically stressful process feel smooth and even exciting. GoogleJust sold my property through Seymour’s and couldn’t fault the after sales team. John went above and beyond and made sure everything was running smoothly no matter what. He was always efficient with his responses and kept us updated daily with what is happening towards the end of the process. We had a few hiccups along the way but John kept me calm and put up with a few grumpy phone calls about my buyers solicitor. Very professional and experienced in all he does. Thank you John!
