Danielle at Seymours (as well as other members of staff) were incredibly understanding and allowed the whole process from start to finish run as smoothly as possible. GoogleAfter being gazumped and having issues with another estate agent who was vile and condescending I was dreading the experience of buying another property. I then went to see the house I eventually bought through Seymours and my opinion about estate agents changed. From the moment I put my offer in until I got the keys (with quite a few hurdles on the way) I felt supported and understood. The team kept me updated every step of the way. Great communication and special thank yous to Natalie and Danielle for their professionalism. Definitely recommend using them.

GoogleAmazing service with this fabulous estate agents. We had an extremely good experience with them and couldn't recommend them highly enough! Their honesty and professionalism was outstanding. They communicated regularly to update us on the progress of our rental (we are landlords) and we felt very relaxed during the whole process. We will definitely be using them throughout our landlord journey and wouldn't look elsewhere for any other estate agent. They work soooo hard to ensure they provide their customers with an outstanding service and we think they are without a doubt the best around!!

GoogleOutstanding Service. Following the sudden departure of previous tenants, we were thinking of selling our flat, but Seymours offered advice and we went down the rental route. Aaron found us two potential new tenants within a few days and we had 5 days between the old and new, at a superb price. Electrical certs provided, references completed, inventory supplied, all very timely and effective. Olivia was a superb SPOC providing responses within hours if not minutes. Will definitely use again.

GoogleThis estate agents are incredible. They are so helpful, so polite and they guide you in the right direction. We found a lovely property through Seymour’s, however we had to pull out last minute. But their patience, their understanding and willingness does not go amiss and we will definitely go through this estate agents again. 10/10, great work and I would highly recommend this estate agents to everyone in the area!

GoogleSeymours team in Camberley was amazing throughout my whole experience looking for a place to rent. Leah was particularly helpful, initiative, and responsive. She kept what I needed in mind, and all the options that she sent me were great matches to what I was looking for. Furthermore, she was very patient throughout the process until I found a place that was perfect for me. Doing my search with her was lovely and made the hunt a lot less stressful. Another positive that is also worth mentioning is how flexible and quick Seymours team was in arranging viewings. All team members were on time for my viewings, and they were always open to receiving and answering questions, no matter how many I had. Many thanks to Charlie, Leah, and Aaron, who were all amazing during this part of my search. I am endlessly grateful to Seymours for their help, and they will definitely be the first place I think of if I’m ever looking to move or buy a place of my own.
