Last weekend (24th August) I was shown a house in Chertsey by Dan. The moment I arrived at the property I was warmly welcomed by Dan and instantly felt at ease. I have attended viewings by other estate agents who were nowhere near as personable and actually I was made to feel rushed. This was not the case with Dan. He took time to show me around and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable despite only being with Seymours for a short time. Dan is a credit to the Addlestone branch of Seymours and I have no doubt other perspective buyers would feel the same way.

The team at Seymours in Addlestone has been attentive, professional and courteous at all times. Our property sold quickly which is what you want, and their chasing of other transactions in the extremely long chain has been greatly appreciated. Exemplary service.

Great service from Chris Howe and his team at Seymours. Sanguine, honest advice from Chris from minute-1: reassuring openness (offered a 0% cut-out for an prior-interest prospect, without a second's hesitation), and acid-test ---> they SOLD my property in 20 elapsed days from first RM listing, and that, *over Christmas* -- spanning just 11 working days. If only the buyer's lender had been as nimble. :)

Recently sold our property through Seymours and they did a really good job. Through no fault of theirs, the sale was long-winded and complicated but Daniel did all that he could to help and ultimately offered a above and beyond service. Thank you for your help Dan and team.

David Tom and Max were always willing to go out of their way to ensure the sale of my home went through as quickly as possible, despite a couple of unpredictable curve balls! Amazing!!! Chris and his team sold my house within 3 days - even before Charley could take the photos, let alone upload them to Rightmove, the house was sold, and for the price I wanted. A really good team, always kept me up to date with information. Fantastic people to do business with, I cannot rate them highly enough, so pleased I made the right decision to sell via Seymours! I have had an extremely positive experience so far with the team at Seymours in Addlestone and about to complete a sale on my property which they sold in 3 days! Chris came round and gave a fair and honest valuation extremely promptly and marketed my property immediately. Charley took wonderful and genuine photos and produced a beautiful brochure promptly and Dan and Laura conducted all viewings in a friendly and professional manner without being pushy or hard sale. They vetted all offers meticulously and honestly and made me feel incredibly comfortable with their service and advice. If you're looking for a friendly and genuine team of people to sell your home or purchase a home, Seymours team and their Manager Chris keep you updated and give honest advice, I cannot rate this team highly enough.

I bought a house in Camberley in 2003 then invested in a B-2-L in 2006, and have consequently had dealings with a number of local estate agents (five I believe) in both purchase and letting. Their service ran the gamut from comically hopeless to criminally negligent, but luckily, when my last tenants departed under a cloud and I was obliged to sack the agent, an acquaintance recommended Seymours, who due to past experience, I approached with some trepidation. My fears were groundless, since both Oliver and Jordan were highly professional and impressive from the start, and when I had a change of plan and decided to sell rather than re-let, Adam and Tom were equally impressive and were highly competent when it came to dealing with the sale. The offices are immaculate and everyone I dealt with left a positive impression on me, so I couldn’t recommend Seymours more highly or more confidently.

From the initial property search to our purchase completion Adam Williams from Seymours in Camberley was the utmost professional, recognising our needs and doing everything in his power to get our purchase across the line in the most fluid and stress free way. We'd come to Seymours as nervous buyers, off the back of a terrible experience with another agent where a property had fallen through at the last minute. Adam restored our faith in estate agents and in the property game, he took us on board as a personal project and found us the perfect family home. I can honestly say Seymours is the most professional, friendly and efficient estate agency I've ever dealt with . Cannot recommend enough.
