GoogleI have no hesitation in giving 5 stars to Seymours & especially Kirsty. I have found Seymours professional & friendly throughout the whole process. My straightforward sale turned out to be slightly less straightforward. I was always able to speak to Kirsty, many times she was a reassuring & calm voice with helpful insight that kept me going.

GoogleWe used Seymours to sell our late Mother's retirement flat in Addlestone. It has taken 3 long years to sell the flat due to COVID and the recession, but after a lot of hard work by the team at Seymours we have finally exchanged and due to complete in a couple of days. Seymours did not have the property for the 3 years, they took it on about a year ago and they worked very hard to get a buyer, and indeed when the chain broke they stood by the buyer and quickly re-sold her property, allowing the sale to go ahead. I was always able to get hold of the team, if I had to leave a message then someone got back to me, I had confidence and felt supported by the team.

GoogleMy experience using Seymours estate agents in Camberley to find a property to rent has been really positive. Given the high demand for the size of the rental that I was looking for made it a challenge to arrange viewings and secure anywhere until I met Kyra at Seymours. She was so helpful and easy to talk to which put me at ease while sorting through details and answering the questions I had. Kyra worked flexibly around my busy schedule and gave updates which allowed for the process to be worked through quickly and easily.

We have been kept informed about viewings and we feel Seymours were positive about our house. The valuation was a bit too high initially but we thought it would help with negotiation. However, we eventually decided to drop the price dramatically and we started to get some more offers. They could be a bit better with more regular feedback.

Seymours Godalming were without fault in the process of selling and buying. The journey in finding my perfect home has certainly been a long one but Tom and the team have been fantastic - professional, knowledgeable and honest which I have found to be quite rare! If you are thinking about selling your home, there is only one agent I would recommend!

Recently moved to Guildford and purchased a property through Seymours and had a terrible experience. Poor communication skills and incompetent. Would avoid buying and selling. Issues experienced - Not showing up for viewings. Changing view times on the day. Agreed to pick up the keys in the afternoon after calling the office and was then told the previous owners are still in the property after I arrived. My 6 month old was in a lot of discomfort sitting in the car for hours. On a good note, the Sales Progressor Clive was very helpful and provided regular updates.

Aaron at the Camberley office managed to rent our apartment virtually after the first day of viewing.Following this, Annalise of the Woking branch took over and we have has an easy time up to the time of the actual move in day. Always available and actually answer emails and queries quickly which is unusual these days.I recommend Seymours and their agents who do not walk into a kitchen and state "this is the kitchen".

Communication could have been better. There were a number of issues throughout the course of the sale which could have been handled more professionally. They did eventually get the sale over the line but it was all somewhat last minute and stressful.
