GoogleSo professional to deal with and highly recommended if you are a landlord. The letting team provided clear guidance throughout the process; I don't believe switching between 2 agents is a straightforward thing but thanks to Aaron Williams, he really did well and made the process seem too smooth to the extent we managed to secure new tenants with no gap to the previous tenancy.

GoogleSeymours have been an absolute dream to work with during the process of getting me and my family into our first home. I would like to thank Femi Fatunwase from the Camberley / Blackwater branch who has provided exceptional service from the start, he has been incredibly supportive and thorough in the whole process and been really supportive of every question and query I have had. GoogleAaron and Femi has been great from start to finish and helped rent out our property. They were open, honest and didn't make any unrealistic promises. A special mention to Aaron for having a plan and transparent communication through out the process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

GoogleI was impressed with the service we received from Seymours. This was tenant find, inventory, hand over etc. and rent handling. Having agreed a tenancy with one person that then went on to take up another one with a different property, they quickly found me a very suitable replacement tenant. When this tenant turned out to be unable to pass refernce checks in time Aaron and his team and other colleagues arranged a suitable deposit from the tenant at short notice which enabled them to move in. There were several members of the team that I was able to contact when others were on their day off or out and about. Looking forward to a good working relationship with Seymours

GoogleSeymours Agents are very friendly. The agents are professional. One of the agents, Louis have been helpful since I did an inquiry, asked me my budget, then matched it right-away when he found one. Also, Aarron, Cole and all the staff are amazing! Even though they get busy, they make sure to attend to my questions as soon as they can. Thank you!

GoogleHaving initially chosen to sell our property with Seymours they struggled to organise many viewings for the property. Once a buyer was found though they worked tirelessly to get the sale through and ensure both legal teams were working in a timely fashion. Zoe in particular was extremely helpful throughout the process. She can have five stars but due to the lacklustre start to the process the company get 4.

GoogleSeymours were BRILLIANT from start to finish! It was a long process (nothing to do with them) and they really worked hard. Zoe and Adam were very efficient in getting our property sold, always kept me up to date with how things were progressing and were very proactive in pushing things along. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and it would be a pleasure to use them again. Thanks a lot guys!!
