Seymours were very professional and helpful. I chose them because James Rowsell showed great sensitivity when carrying out the valuation in what were difficult family circumstances at the time. Later on, when the sale hit unexpected, repeated delays and difficulties, Anna Rowsell was tremendously helpful and persevered steadily in advising me and ultimately achieving the sale. Seymour's marketed my apartment through Aaron Williams of the Camberley Office and immediately had 7 groups viewing the property, of which two made offers. One family was chosen and then Annalise Beer of the Woking Office took over the process which was then seemless until the tenants moved in. I must say, throughout, Seymours acted in a very professional manner and were easy to work with. I commend Aaron and Annalise and we are hoping for a successful relationship.

We used Seymours to sell our late Mother's retirement flat in Addlestone. It has taken 3 long years to sell the flat due to COVID and the recession, but after a lot of hard work by the team at Seymours we have finally exchanged and due to complete in a couple of days. Seymours did not have the property for the 3 years, they took it on about a year ago and they worked very hard to get a buyer, and indeed when the chain broke they stood by the buyer and quickly re-sold her property, allowing the sale to go ahead. I was always able to get hold of the team, if I had to leave a message then someone got back to me, I had confidence and felt supported by the team.
