TrustpilotOnce great - now best avoided.
Sewell and Gardner were previously a great estate agent, and we had great dealings with the team in the Chorleywood office. They now seem to have gone down the usual predatory estate agent route, looking to charge fees whilst not being involved, and skimming any fees where they can.

GoogleI relocated from Mumbai to UK in March 2022 and Donna (at S&G) assisted me in renting a house for me and my family (that includes my wife and 2 children). Donna and her team were very helpful in providing all information in time so that I could zero in on a property and assisted with all the paperwork with the rent agreements. Clare and Ryan have been extremely helpful in answering all my questions and sorting a few things in the house subsequent to my move in to property.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Sewell and Gardner. We bought our house through them 8 years ago and have now just sold with them. They were extremely supportive and helpful all the way through this process. I honestly can’t imagine going through all of this without having such good advice and support! They all really seemed to care about how it was all going and the whole team seems to be aware of what stage we were at. After the sale was agreed it was great just having one person to liaise with - Maria was excellent!
