A fantastic no stress calm and straight forward collaboration. Kevin is the consummate professional along with Connie and Linda and all the staff at Satchells, Stotfold. Kevin gave us a frank and honest valuation in a tumultuous market. Luckily, this time we heeded his advice and sold barely a few days later. The advice was invaluable using ‘offers over’ we were extremely happy with our sale price. Connie and Linda shared the chasing of the sale and responded promptly and efficiently to any queries on on both sides. Further, down the line I continued to contact Kevin for his opinion on various properties we were looking at and ultimately through following his advice (again) found our dream home. We can only thank the team from the bottom of our hearts.

I have never had such a good experience with estate agent,s as we have had with Satchells in Hitchin. Firstly, we had great advice on the selling price and advertising for our property by Richard. We were kept informed throughout by Chris, who took great care to assist whenever possible with the house sale and purchase. I felt that Satchells were an integral part of the process and that it would have taken far longer to complete without the help from Chris, especially during the difficulties of covid and the rush caused by the relief of stamp duty. Not familiar with the property which they represent, late on appointments,I needed to explain to the potential buyers,can't understand what actually the buyers want. I needed to chase them for feedback which I never got it or they come out with some lame ones.
