We have been renting our home through this agency for over three years. Recently, our boiler broke down, leaving us without heating and hot water, and we are now entering the fourth day with the issue still unresolved. The temperature inside the house dropped to around 8.8°C today. We have two young children, which made the situation extremely difficult. Despite reporting the issue immediately and following up multiple times by phone and email, the repair has still not been resolved. We were advised to purchase electric heaters ourselves as a temporary solution, with no alternative arrangements or compensation offered. The lack of urgency and poor communication during what should have been treated as an emergency repair has caused significant stress. I would expect much better handling of essential repairs, especially in a family home.

We had a fantastic experience working with Anais throughout the entire process of buying our new home. From the very first viewing to receiving the keys, she provided excellent service and support. Navigating the property market can be stressful, but she made us feel supported and informed every step of the way. Her communication was outstanding and clear, and we were consistently kept up-to-date with immediate feedback and progress reports. A particular highlight was her ability to act as a seamless and efficient intermediary. She was brilliant at passing on messages, questions, and offers to the seller promptly and accurately, ensuring there were no delays or misunderstandings. This proactive approach was invaluable, especially during the crucial negotiation and conveyancing stages. She is professional and genuinely invested in helping her clients achieve their goal. We would highly recommend Anais to anyone looking for an agent who offers continuous support, clear communication, and dedication throughout the process.
