GoogleAmy Fox was a pleasure to deal with. We had somewhat complex sellers with some disconnect and Amy was stellar and went above and beyond to help me including responding to my multiple queries, some of which were out of office hours. A real asset to the company and would recommend to anyone who wants an agency with a professional and high level of customer service. Hope to deal with again! GoogleRented through Sargeants for nearly 2 years, a property managed by them. I was kept in the dark about the landlord being a partner of the agency. When problems appear, the agency solve no problems. The agency's employee who manages the property has to deal with the owner who is also her boss, so in most cases nothing she can do. Not answers to phone calls, no answers to emails... and the rare occasion i managed to talk with them, many apologies and good words, but no solutions. Landlord (and partner at the agency) decides to sell the property. Offers an incentive to leave the property but then don't commit to it once we are out. The other partner (name partner) cleaned his hands saying "it has nothing to be with him" (even though he delivered the agreement himself). Not professionals at all. Update: After take things legally through Small Claims Court, they paid straight away as they knew they were liable. Again, unprofessionalsNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe came across Sargeants as buyers where we met Patricia. Patricia was attentative with our needs when the property we wanted was slightly above our max budget. She was able to help negotiate a deal with the sellers and enabled a seemless transaction. We had the added issue of viewing a property just after covid lockdown, again Patricia was really good in ensuring all measures were met and assisting us in viewing the property on more than one occasion.

GoogleThe best agency I have ever dealt with. They ensured the sale of my property was as smooth and stress free as possible, even when difficulties arose Sargeants, especially Amy Fox, made sure they did everything they could to help resolve the situation. They all went above and beyond beyond what would be expected of an estate agency. I cannot recommend Amy, Dean and the team enough for everything they have done.

GoogleAVOID I just visit a property that this agency advertised as 3 bed property . It was the worst I ever seen. It only have 1 double bedroom and 1 single . One not even big enough for a single. So so bad, I lost my time coming. Avoid this agency

Very receptive to customer feedback and they took on the sale of our property when the sale with another Estate Agent fell through, to reduce the chance of our respective purchases collapsing.
