GoogleContacted Sargeants twice regarding a property they are advertising for sale that I wanted to view, and no one got back to me.
I’m so sorry to hear this Fazi. My sincerest apologies. The team are working very hard to return all calls within 24 hours and are still working through the back log due to an exceptionally busy market. Please call me personally on Monday and I’ll ensure your enquiry is dealt with as a matter of urgency. Best regards Dean Sargeant 020 8799 3800

GoogleHad a really poor experience dealing with Gary at this branch. Just a poor negative attitude, very unfriendly and not pleasant to deal with. I would avoid dealing with this chap. Hoping others are friendlier. As a result, I've taken my BTL portfolio rentals to a competitor across the road who are far more helpful and pleasant to deal with. Who wants to deal with a condescending, arrogant, unhelpful agent these days.
Dear Vincento, We're surprised to receive this review but we believe there must be some mistake as all of our calls are recorded and we have no record of you ever calling our company. Gary has been with us for 8 years and this is the first complaint we have ever received regarding his attitude. His conduct when dealing with the hundreds of landlords and potential landlords we have dealt with over the years has been nothing short of outstanding. If you want to discuss further please call the office on 020 8799 3800. You can speak to a senior partner who will listen to your grievance in more detail. We are very keen to understand how the call appeared to go so badly when all you appeared to make was an initial enquiry into our services. Best regards Dean Sargeant

GoogleI have very good experience with Sargeants in Ealing branch. Their agent, Soyara Rouaz has been very helpful but never pushy like many other real estate agents in the market. She has the market knowledge and her professionalism make my whole property searching experience a good one.
Thank you Angie for your kind words and five star review - we'll make sure to pass this on to Soraya and it's great to hear that you enjoyed working with us! - All the best, Team Sargeants

GoogleHad a really good experience as a first time buyer, buying a property managed by Sargeants. Soraya explained the process and helped with all the questions we had liaising with the sellers to answer all our questions. The replies were really quick and we hadn't had any issues at all. Totally recommend!
Thank you Marios for your kind words. We are so glad you had a great experience working with us!

GoogleI sold my house in West Ealing through Sargeants. Dean and his team, especially Soraya, did an exceptional job. There were multiple offers over the asking price and there were many times during which Dean's counsel proved invaluable, as I ultimately sold to a very awkward buyer. My wife and I could not have been more pleased. We recommend without reservation this hard-working, straightforward team, their integrity and their willingness to always go the extra mile. First rate by any measure. With thanks, Sam.
Thank you Sam for your kind words - It has been a pleasure working with you and we wish you all the best of luck with your future endeavours. If we can assist you or any of your friends or family in the future please do feel free to contact us. - Very best wishes, Team Sargeants

GoogleSuch a phenomenal and diligent team! We were overwhelmed by how personal and professional the team were when we started the selling process in the spring and within 8 days, our property was under multiple offers. Hayley provided consistently outstanding assistance and was thorough and always generous with her time. If you're buying or selling, this is the team to work with. Paula's meticulous organisation allowed us to be on the market within a week and the entire team could not have been more supportive. Do not hesitate to enlist them!
Thank you Sarah for sharing your feedback - we are so glad you had a great experience with us. We strive to make sure excellent standards are met throughout the whole process so your words really mean a lot to the team. Sending our very best wishes - Team Sargeants
