I dealt with Sargeants to find a rental property in the Chiswick area and could not have been happier with the service provided. My agent (Raul) was attentive to my needs, answered any questions that I had in a timely manner and was fully communicative throughout the entire renting process. Just 7 days after finding a property I liked, the referencing and contract was signed and I am ready to move in to my new home. If you’re searching for a property in the London area, I would highly recommend Sargeants and Raul.

We worked with Hayley at Sargeants buying a house in Northfields recently. She was incredibly friendly, professional and efficient. One of the things we really liked was that we dealt with Hayley all the way through the process, from viewing to completion, so we had one point of contact who always knew what was happening, rather than being handed around different people in the team.

He answered all of our questions nearly immediately and made our renting experience extremely smooth! Definitely a good experience for us and we are now enjoying our new flat in Ealing!

I just completed on a property with Sargeants and Soraya together with the whole team were wonderful to work with. They were so responsive and I never felt that they were hiding anything or pressuring me (if you’ve dealt with Estate Agents in London you know what I mean!) I would be happy to sell or buy with them in the future!

I have let my property with Sargeants for over four years and from the first meeting, through all the dealings with their property team, my experience has been first class. The team gives genuine, friendly service that feels personal - you're not just an address - and if there are ever any questions or issues, they are sorted with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. I always feel confident that Sargeants are doing their absolute best for me and for the tenants. My current property manager is Rachel, who is extremely helpful and proactive. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend Sargeants as an estate agent that consistently delivers outstanding service.

I really can't fault the team at Sargeants. They were all so friendly and efficient. Hayley was absolutely superb at communication throughout the sale process and it's in no small part thanks to her that our transaction went through so smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

I thoroughly recommend Sargeants - they are super professional and really know their stuff. I bought my house from them and sold it again through them a few years later. It was all very smooth and straightforward. Everyone knew what they needed to do and was on top of it. I was very happy with the outcome. Special thanks to Louis and Hayley for iron out the communications and the regular chasing.

We've worked with Sergeants for years - for letting our flat and most recently, for its sale (with Hayley) - and we couldn't recommend them more. They've always been professional, very responsive and pleasant to work with. We could always count on them to support us and advise us objectively. They're a local family-owned business, not salesy or pushy, which we appreciated a lot.

We found Louis at Sargeants to be the consummate professional. He was fair, communicative and I felt he did his best for both the seller and the buyer to make the process as smooth as it could have been. Wholly recommend this estate agent.

Sargeants are brilliant! They sold our house without any online marketing or sale sign, so they do have a great buyer list. Dean was great with the valuation. Hayley was really good at pushing the transaction through given the complexity of a chain. The whole team is very professional. Highly recommend them to anyone selling a house in Ealing.

Just completed on the sale of our flat and couldn't recommend Sargeants more. From the start, we liked Sargeants as a local agent and their overall marketing. They have been hands on and professional from the start, giving feedback on all viewings and once an offer was agreed, nurturing the sale through to the end. Our sale wasn't straight forward but it was made easier by such a supportive agent, especially in the current market. In particular I must mention Hayley who was outstanding throughout. As a Managing Partner of a solicitors firm I have had a lot of dealings with estate agents over the years and Sargeants are definitely up there with the best. Thank you :-)
