GoogleThese guys work seriously hard, we didnt have the easiest of house purchases (first time buyers) but thats NOT Samson & George's fault that was down to the seller, however Barbara and the team went above and beyond to get it sorted. Highly recomended and thank you so much

GoogleSo glad we went with S&G as our estate agent. They were thoroughly professional throughout the process and kept us up to date with any new developments but not the point where ever felt pressured or hassled by them where sadly a lot of estate agents often fall foul. Would certainly use them again when the time comes.

GoogleHouse valuation good , sold quickly great. Just annoying when I had to go back up to estate agents twice with an another legal copy of something, because they said they hadn’t received. I had already handed it in to them, and member of staff remembered too.

GooglePurchased a house with the team at Sansome & George (Tilehurst) in 2016 and sold it using them earlier in 2022. Throughout both processes their team were profession and friendly and really made everything as simple as could be. I would have no hesitstion in recommending them for the sale or purchase of a property and will use them again in the future!

GoogleIt is difficult to express in a few sentences the unspeakable atrocious service me and my family received from Sansome & George when renting a house from them for the last year until July 22. The lack of professionality was appalling from day one, evidenced in delivering the house in a lousy condition of dirt and malfunction, following by an incompetent response from this letting agent. To make things even worse, Sansome & George tried to keep, without permission or legal right, some of our rent deposit that I had to fight back through the Deposit Protection Service. The DPS finally resolved that they were entitled to only GBP 35 out of the GBP 639 they clumsily were trying to keep. Sansome & George are definitely people you do not want to deal with.

GoogleSansome and George were very professional and efficient. They took time with us and helped with many a query. The staff in office (Barbara) was exceptional when it came to chasing sellers and solicitors . Paul, Lewis and Charlie were always a phone call away and if not in ; always called back. They also explained each stage of the selling and made suggestions about how to sell the house when it had been on for a while , however, you never felt forced into any decisions and they respected what you wanted first and foremost . Hopefully we will never be moving again but if we did it would definitely be with these guys.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Sansome and George. The whole team were fantastic. From the initial valuation and preparation of the sale literature etc by Charlie, to arranging viewings through the team, agreeing a sale with the buyer and Barbara progressing the sale after we accepted an offer, we were impressed with the regular communication and professional but friendly attitude throughout. We were also pleased with the deal put forward on fees which tied in the services of Ferriday and Alder removals who moved us 200 miles to our new home. Paul and the team got everything packed up and moved efficiently and without breakages. We would definitely recommend Sansome and George to anyone looking to move home. Thanks to everyone involved.

From our first meeting with Charlie who explained how the process would work and answered all the questions we had we felt confident we had made the right decision selling through them. The whole team we dealt with including Anthony, Paul and Barbara were wonderful, as were the agents Becky and Lewis that were there to show potential buyers around the property.
