GoogleBarbara was amazing sorting everything out with the sale of our house and Anthony and Lewis were also great getting it put on the market and sold. We bought this house via Sansome and George and Anthony 6 years ago and the service was great then and great now.

GoogleFrom start to finish the team at Sansome& George have been efficient, organised and super helpful. James, Anthony and in particular Barbara, have been on the ball. They've answered all questions (and we had a lot) quickly and in a very simple manner. They also really helped when it came to getting the solicitors to move! (Thank you Barbara). They have been with us every step of the way and can only thank them for their help to get us our perfect house so promptly. Highly recommend

GoogleSansome & George/Neville Turner have provided a fantastic service from viewing to completion. Their team really seem to care about what they do and go above and beyond to give you a really personal service. Barbara, in particular, was amazing in during this process. During a stressful time trying to push a sale through quickly she worked tirelessly to help move things forward but also knew when to moderate my expectation. I could rely on her to tell me the truth of a situation so I was prepared when timescales slipped, something my solicitor seemed to shy away from. I couldn't recommend the service higher and when I come to move on from the property, I will definitely be going back to the Sansome & George/Neville Turner team.

GoogleMy family recently sold a property through Sansome and George at a time when this type of property wasn't doing well on the market. We had every confidence in Charlie and his team working their magic, as he came with an excellent local reputation. The sale process itself was highly complicated - for reasons unconnected to S&G - so I would like to give a special mention to Barbara Legg, who tirelessly followed up on every curve ball that was thrown in her path. This lady deserves an OBE for Services To Seller's Sanity. Needless to say - they are excellent and I would highly, highly recommend this company to anyone seeking to rent or sell their property. :)

GoogleI would unequivocally recommend the team at Sansome & George and Neville Turner if you are looking to sell your property. Charlie's enthusiasm and positive attitude towards selling our property made all the difference when it came to selecting an agent. His knowledge of the market, the area and what buyers are looking for is impressive. True to his word he, along with his office team in Tilehurst, booked out 10 good viewings, and we had 7 offers on the table to consider within 2 days! Not what we were expecting.... Then as it came to progressing and closing the sale, Barbara Legg at Neville Turner was on every piece of communication, chasing solicitors, liaising and educating our (first time) buyers and all the while maintaining such composure and professionalism throughout the process even though it was a little tense at times. The world needs more Barbara's that's for sure - certainly when selling your house, which is typically pretty stressful!! Thank you all for doing such a great job - a credit to the industry. Tim

GoogleI was delighted with the team at S&G they went out of their way to make the process as stress free as possible. From efficiently and successfully selling my property to supporting me through the legal process - they were superb. I’d especially like to praise Anthony and Barbara for their efforts - both demonstrated excellent customer service. Barbara in particular is a powerhouse - keeping all parties on track with energetic determination and humour. I felt fully informed and when my solicitor went quiet I always had Barbara in my corner to offer encouragement and updates (even out of office hours). Nothing was too much trouble. I heartily recommend S&G.

GoogleAmazing service. After another estate agency failed to sell our property Anthony took on the sale for S&G. We got over asking price and he was easy to deal with and proactive in communications. More importantly, since the agreed sales and recent exchange we had a nightmare chain with multiple buyers playing games and mistakes by solicitors. Fortunately we had Barbara from their sales progression team going above and beyond to get things over the line. She took a nightmare situation and made it as close to stress free as possible for us. All of this was for a very price too, and so I highly recommend them, hence this review

GoogleQuite simply the best experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent and I thoroughly recommend them. The team at Sansome & George and Neville Turner were first class from start to finish. So knowledgeable, professional and great to deal with. Paul the owner was brilliant and very hands on. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the marvellous Anthony. They sold my house within a day of it going on the market. Fees were very reasonable too. And post sale a special thanks to the wonderful Barbara who did such a great job in coordinating all the parties to bring the process to completion with all her energy and charm. GoogleSansome and George were very professional and efficient. They took time with us and helped with many a query. The staff in office (Barbara) was exceptional when it came to chasing sellers and solicitors . Paul, Lewis and Charlie were always a phone call away and if not in ; always called back. They also explained each stage of the selling and made suggestions about how to sell the house when it had been on for a while , however, you never felt forced into any decisions and they respected what you wanted first and foremost . Hopefully we will never be moving again but if we did it would definitely be with these guys.

GoogleSansome and George have provided an absolutely fantastic, professional service for us as we sold our house. The entire team are wonderful and delivered exactly what they said they would! We were kept informed at every stage of the process and every query, question, and concern that we had was quickly addressed and we were reassured by Barbara’s calm demeanour, experience and crystal clear explanations about every aspect of the sale. Having had a previous sale fall through with a different estate agent we were anxious that the same thing would happen again but Barbara made sure that everyone in our chain was kept well informed and had up to date, accurate, information. Barbara is worth her weight in gold and I don’t know how we would have coped with the stress, uncertainty and anxiety without her efficiency, patience and reassurances throughout. GoogleWe recently sold our house through Sansome and George. The whole team were fantastic. From the initial valuation and preparation of the sale literature etc by Charlie, to arranging viewings through the team, agreeing a sale with the buyer and Barbara progressing the sale after we accepted an offer, we were impressed with the regular communication and professional but friendly attitude throughout. We were also pleased with the deal put forward on fees which tied in the services of Ferriday and Alder removals who moved us 200 miles to our new home. Paul and the team got everything packed up and moved efficiently and without breakages. We would definitely recommend Sansome and George to anyone looking to move home. Thanks to everyone involved.

From our first meeting with Charlie who explained how the process would work and answered all the questions we had we felt confident we had made the right decision selling through them. The whole team we dealt with including Anthony, Paul and Barbara were wonderful, as were the agents Becky and Lewis that were there to show potential buyers around the property.
