GoogleSansome & George acted on our behalf for the sale of our 4 bedroom house in Tilehurst. They were very professional throughout and did a great job. Very happy with the service they offered. Many thanks all. I can thoroughly recommend them.
Dear Stephen Thank you so much for your business on both the sale of your home and the removal to the Isle of Wight. Bets wishes from Paul & the whole team at Sansome & George Estate Agents in Tilehurst.

GoogleWe used Sansome and George for the sale of our parent's house in Tilehurst. We had great service from the beginning to the end. The viewings were well organised and we were kept up to date with feedback and offers. Once we accepted an offer they were excellent at moving things forward and liaison with the buyers. Barbara in the Pangbourne office was first class following through with the buyers, and keeping us informed throughout.
Dear Ian Thank you for your kind feedback. You have been a pleasure to deal with. Best wishes from Paul & the whole team at Sansome & George in Tilehurst.

GoogleSold at the asking price (revised, at my request), so really happy with that. Also, Sansome & George acknowledged a couple of description edits, and their pictures made my flat justice. Really happy with that too. My flat was advertised in the premium section, which was good too. On the constructive side: - I felt at some stage that Sansome & George wanted a quick sale, when they suggested me to lower my asking price by £25K. Ultimately, a £10K proved sufficient. - I did feel a fair amount of pressure not to tie my sale with my purchase, while my circumstances had changed enough to allow me to do so without being harmful to the sale (we are talking a few working days' delay). I would have certainly appreciated more consideration in that aspect.
Dear Jerome Thank you for your kind review. Best wishes from all the team at Sansome & George Estate Agents in Tilehurst.

GoogleExcellent service from Paul and his team selling my Mother's house. Barbara in particular has been immense in progressing the sale from offer to completion and helping to resolve an issue that arose. I recommend them.

GoogleExcellent service all around. Everyone I interacted with (Babara, Paul, Charlie etc.) was exceptional. It was a smooth transaction, and I got the best deal. A friend of mine recommended Sansome & George to me, and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleI’ve used Sansome &George before, so 25 years later, whilst we did check out the competition, there was no other choice than them. From the start to the finish, it’s been a thoroughly professional, completely delightful experience. They sold two houses not one ( my partner and I were moving in together) and from the smiling and knowledgeable first approach, the high integrity of the process throughout, with everyone we had contact with, right through to bring handed over to ‘Barbara the Lioness’, who treats the vendor and the purchaser ( two in our case), as her cubs, fiercely protective over every part of the process to the benefit of all. Holding those to account that need to be, she brooks no deviation from the goal, which is to see the sale through to a happy outcome for all. A ‘secret weapon’ no less. Both sales completed on the same day, a marvellous example of a team working so well together, and competent, experienced people in charge. What more could you want from an estate agent. I really truly do recommend a Sansome & George.
Dear Natasha Thank you so much for writing such a fantastic review. Thank you also for using our in house removal team - Ferriday & Alder. With very best wishes from all the team at Sansome & George in Tilehurst.

GoogleI have recently sold a property in Reading through Sansome & George. I can honestly say that they are the best estate agency I have worked with. The star of the show was Barbara who was very quick to respond, always ready to give advice and was generally a lovely person to deal with. My sales process was not straightforward due to minor delays with the buyer and tenant. Barbara managed both sides of the problem, took away the stress and helped me bring the sale to a smooth conclusion.
Dear Raj Thank you for your kind feedback. From all the team at Sansome & George in Tilehurst.

GoogleWe initially chose Sansome & George because Anthony demonstrated a superior knowledge of the area and the market. We were selling our son's house in Reading while we live in Bristol - a logistically complicated affair. Our first sale fell through after several weeks (these things happen!) but the house was back on the market within 24 hours and Ben had secured another offer within a week.. The support that Barbara gave was second to none as she kept us informed about progress and even arranged for final house clearance, cleaning etc. Many thanks to a fantastic team!
Dear Pat Thank you for taking the time do do such a lovely and positive review. Best wishes from Paul & The whole team at Sansome & George Estate Agents in Tilehurst.

GoogleWe bought our first house through Sansome and George and received fantastic support from them throughout the buying process. Without Barbara pushing our solicitor and lasing with the seller's solicitor, we would have never completed on the house in the time we did. We can't thank her enough for the help and guidance she gave us.
Dear Conor Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. Best wishes from the whole team at Sansome & George in Tilehurst.

GoogleIt was an absolute joy working with Barbara and Becky at Sansome & George team. The entire office was friendly and communication was excellent. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Barbara's powerhouse personality and humour are what's needed to keep everyone in shape. She's a brilliant negotiator that looks after both sides; both in the purchasing and selling process. My experience was great!!!

GoogleVery good experience with everyone at Sansome & George. From the initial valuation, through all the viewings they kept us informed & up to date. After they had found purchasers for my partner's house & mine Barbara took over & dealt with everyone involved in both chains, solicitors etc making sure both sales were completed at the same time & on time. I have to admit Barbara & I got off to a shaky start but I'm so pleased we had here in our corner. She was relentless in getting everything done, she's exactly the person you want doing that job for you. Thank you to all of you for a great job.
Dear Adam Thank you for the business on both homes and the removal to your new property in connection with Ferriday & Alder. Best wishes from Paul & The whole team at Sansome & George Estate Agents in Tilehurst.

GoogleSansome and George are professional and efficient estate agents whom I would highly recommend. The Sales team are first class, always keeping me in the picture and giving sound advice. Once the sale was agreed and Barbara took over the processing of it, the excellent service continued. Her expert knowledge, wealth of experience, advice and support, plus her ability to always have her eye on the ball, were invaluable.
Dear Susan Thank you for your kind review. Best wishes from all the team at Sansome & George in Tilehurst.

GoogleWe found our first house that we purchased together through Sansome & George and our initial viewing was arranged with Becky who was a pleasure to meet and could not do enough to answer our questions and make us feel comfortable throughout the viewing and negotiation process. We made an offer and Becky kept us always informed up until we reached an agreement with the vendor. At this point, Becky passed the selling and buying process over to Barbara. Having considered ourselves lucky to have dealt with Becky, we quickly realized that Barbara was equally supportive and friendly, as well as totally in control of every minor detail and keeping everyone on track. At times, it seemed that Barbara was working for us just as much as she was for the vendor, chasing up solicitors and answering every little question we threw at her. We always knew that Barbara would be on hand for speedy answers and accurate advice, along with a wicked sense of humour. We did not have a property to sell so we hoped that the buying process would be quick and easy but these matters are always complicated with so many people involved. We are very grateful that we found our house through Sansome & George because Becky and Barbara made the entire process a lot easier and quicker than it might have been if we had been dealing with someone else. A huge thank you to everyone at Sansome & George for helping us to buy our first home together and for keeping us positive when solicitors were dragging their heels and frustration kicked in. An extra special thanks to Barbara who kept us laughing in difficult times, as well as making sure that everyone did what they needed to and kept us calm. We wholeheartedly recommend Sansome & George. Merv
Dear Merv Thank you for sending in such a kind and positive review. We are all really pleased that the purchase went through so smoothly for you. Special thanks for using our removal department - Ferriday And Alder. Best wishes to you both from all the team at Sansome and George in Tilehurst.

GoogleAs a first time buyer, Charlie was great at showing us the property & Barbara has been amazing at informing us with updates, chasing and generally being there when we need her assistance. This process wouldn't of been so smooth if it wasn't for her and also her calming first time buyer nerves. We will never forget how amazing Sansome and George have been especially after a negative experience with another estate agent. Thank you!!!
Dear Chloe Thank you for your review. Enjoy your new home. From all the team at Sansome & George Estate Agents in Tilehurst.

GoogleAmazing staff and very experienced. We are first time buyers and we were dreading this task but the S&G team lead by Barbara were super amazing and made it seamless experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone especially having dealt with other estate agents in the Reading area (without naming). Many thanks S&G team and we are in a happy place :)

GooglePaul, Barbara and all of the team have been fantastic. We had a few offers and agreed a sale (in excess of the asking price) within 2 working days of the house being placed on the market after asking those that had offered to put in their best and final offers. We are also buying through S&G and whilst the purchase has been a little more complicated, we were kept fully informed and supported throughout by Paul, Barbara, and the rest of the team in their absence.
Dear Thomas Thank you for buying and selling via Sansome & George. Thank you also for your business on the removals via Ferriday & Alder. With very best wishes from Paul and the whole team.

GoogleBecky has been absolutely brilliant in ensuring we had a smooth experience renting our new home. She was excellent when showing us the property and continued to make us feel at ease throughout the entire process. After an unfortunate experience with another estate agent, this was exactly the kind of confidence & communication my partner & I were looking for. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to put my trust in Sansome & George again. Highly recommended.

GoogleSansome & George got to be one of the best estate agencies me and my husband have been in contact with and we have been in contact with many. Been searching for our perfect home for a long while and must say Sansome & George agents have been great. Esp. Ben and Jane from West Berkshire branch. They are genuine and they care for both sellers and buyers interest. They made our exchange super easy and smooth. We do recommend them for any one looking to purchase or sell a home.

GoogleVery bad customer service Very rude people No responsibility Bekki, I do not recommend this agency
Dear Ms Bultowicz I understand that you have brought a property next to a home that we let and manage on behalf of a landlord. We have been informed by our client that the front wall is not owned by them. Please seek legal advice on who owns the boundary if you disagree. I do not appreciate your inappropriate conduct by telephone and in person yesterday. Quite frankly we terminated the call due to your forceful behaviour. If you are willing to have a calm and sensible conversation, I will be willing to discuss this with you. Thank you. Paul - Director
