GoogleHad booked a valuation and Anthony came. We agreed he would email me with the next steps. Never heard anything after. Highly unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend working with this agency. I contaced the office a day after the valuation and was told they would ask him to get in touch with me. Send another email to Anthony but again never heard anything. Complete waste of time, would not recommend at all.

They offered a competitive rate compared to other agents in the area, but the real value came from the service. A special thank you to Barbara, the progression manager, whose aftercare was second to none. She kept me updated at every stage, chased things when needed, and made what can be a stressful process feel completely manageable. GoogleI was worried about buying a home on my own as it's such a huge thing to do but Barbara Townsin-Legg was so helpful, kind and understanding that I needn't have worried. She even helped me with the fact that my landlord wanted to tie me in to a further 6 month tenancy which would have really messed up the purchase. I cannot recommend Sansome & George highly enough.

GoogleHaving just purchased our first home together we were fortunate enough to deal with Sansome & George. From the beginning of viewings and right the way through the process they were fantastic and made everything very easy! Bab’s was great in assisting with any questions or queries we had whilst it was in the hands of the solicitors and made our experience that much easier! When collecting our keys it was a very nice touch to see our new home on the screen with a congratulations message. I would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you again 🙂

GoogleHaving had a less than positive experience with one of the bigger town centre agents, we decided to look for a smaller (independent) agent to help us sell our flat. Having spent time talking to various prospective agents, Sansome & George stood out by offering a more personal, consistent service. Thank goodness Sansome & George delivered against the sales pitch, getting us an offer within expected timescales, managing feedback and updates effectively and ultimately getting the sale over the line as quickly as possible. Special shout out goes to Anthony and Barbara.
