GoogleI wouldn’t recommend this place for sellers neither for buyers. As a buyer looking for property I saw one that has just come up on rightmove . When I called in to book a viewing I was told the offer has been made and they are no longer taking viewings. Later I found out it’s been offered “under the table” to an investor .. to me that is unfair and I’d call it corruption. I don’t think that’s how agencies should work but maybe I’m wrong so you can correct me.

Dear Mr Wojtowicz I’m sorry to see that you’re unhappy with the service you’ve received from Sansome & George. I can assure you that on both properties that you wished to view through ourselves, no corruption or ‘under the table’ transactions have taken place they have just in your case, unfortunately been sold prior to you having the opportunity to view them. I’d welcome the opportunity to show you any other properties that you’d like to view through ourselves and should you wish to discuss the scenario that lead to your review, further I’d be more than happy to. Sincerely, Paul Bampton, Managing Director
