Sansome & George look after a property in Reading for us. Their fees, and their manner of collection are quite different from what we experience with a "premium" agent in Windsor and the quality of service we receive from Sansome & George is exemplary. With any property there are bound to be snags from time to time, but Sansome & George have a way of dealing with them that puts the Windsor experience to shame. No sooner do they explain to us the dimension of a snag, they follow that with proposed solutions. In the past, I have described the operation of the Windsor agent to one of their directors as dealing with the "best of the worst." Samson & George simply put, do a proper job. They keep the tenants happy and they keep us happy, too, and it is hard to see how they could o anything better.

Charlie not only sold our property very quickly at asking price but also found us our perfect new home! I have recently rented out my property in Southcote through Sansome George in Tilehurst and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the moment I spoke with Nicole the Lettings Manager I felt put at ease with her honest but helpful advice and her knowledge of the current laws regarding rentals and all the legislation. After completing paperwork and all the necessary checks I was handed over to Leah the Lettings Negotiator who managed to get 2 asking price offers on my property! Once my tenants moved in Georgee the Property Manager then dealt with any maintenance issues and paperwork going forward and introduced herself from the get go and was on hand for any support or queries moving forward. I have yet to experience the property inspection reports every 6 months but I am rest assured that my property is in good hands and that the team have it all under control. My first rent payment came through and the invoice was very detailed and "idiot proof" for me (was appreciated!). Thank you to the team at S & G for helping me throughout this process and for renewing my faith in lettings agents after a bad experience in the past.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for sellers neither for buyers. As a buyer looking for property I saw one that has just come up on rightmove . When I called in to book a viewing I was told the offer has been made and they are no longer taking viewings. Later I found out it’s been offered “under the table” to an investor .. to me that is unfair and I’d call it corruption. I don’t think that’s how agencies should work but maybe I’m wrong so you can correct me.
