GoogleCannot praise Sansome and George highly enough. The team at the Tilehurst Branch looked after us so well. When our sale failed at the last minute they leapt into action again and no effort was spared. Of particular note was Barbara, our sales progressor. GoogleOften, estate agents seem to do little and charge much. Not so with these people! As a buyer, I cannot comment on the charges made, but I can certainly vouch for their hard work. Without their continual involvement through to completion, we would probably still be waiting for the solicitors. Excellent service!

GoogleFrom start to finish the team at Sansome& George have been efficient, organised and super helpful. James, Anthony and in particular Barbara, have been on the ball. They've answered all questions (and we had a lot) quickly and in a very simple manner. They also really helped when it came to getting the solicitors to move! (Thank you Barbara). GoogleSansome & George/Neville Turner have provided a fantastic service from viewing to completion. Their team really seem to care about what they do and go above and beyond to give you a really personal service. Barbara, in particular, was amazing in during this process. During a stressful time trying to push a sale through quickly she worked tirelessly to help move things forward but also knew when to moderate my expectation. I could rely on her to tell me the truth of a situation so I was prepared when timescales slipped, something my solicitor seemed to shy away from. I couldn't recommend the service higher and when I come to move on from the property, I will definitely be going back to the Sansome & George/Neville Turner team.

GoogleMy family recently sold a property through Sansome and George at a time when this type of property wasn't doing well on the market. We had every confidence in Charlie and his team working their magic, as he came with an excellent local reputation. The sale process itself was highly complicated - for reasons unconnected to S&G - so I would like to give a special mention to Barbara Legg, who tirelessly followed up on every curve ball that was thrown in her path. This lady deserves an OBE for Services To Seller's Sanity. Needless to say - they are excellent and I would highly, highly recommend this company to anyone seeking to rent or sell their property. :)

GoogleI would unequivocally recommend the team at Sansome & George and Neville Turner if you are looking to sell your property. Charlie's enthusiasm and positive attitude towards selling our property made all the difference when it came to selecting an agent. His knowledge of the market, the area and what buyers are looking for is impressive. True to his word he, along with his office team in Tilehurst, booked out 10 good viewings, and we had 7 offers on the table to consider within 2 days! Not what we were expecting.... Then as it came to progressing and closing the sale, Barbara Legg at Neville Turner was on every piece of communication, chasing solicitors, liaising and educating our (first time) buyers and all the while maintaining such composure and professionalism throughout the process even though it was a little tense at times. The world needs more Barbara's that's for sure - certainly when selling your house, which is typically pretty stressful!! Thank you all for doing such a great job - a credit to the industry. Tim
