Always contactable for viewings, arrange viewings promptly and their knowledge of the properties have been brilliant. Google⭐ 2 Star for the sales teams working on behalf of a 0 star Lettings team Extremely disappointing experience with the Lettings team. I submitted what should have been a warm, ready-to-progress lead and made multiple attempts to contact the team across different days and at different times, with calls repeatedly going unanswered. On Saturday, after eventually getting through via the Sales team, I was told the Lettings team had finished for the day at 1:30pm and that I would need to call back on Monday. I called again on Monday and, once again, the only way I could actually get through to Lettings was via the Sales team. When I finally spoke with someone, the response was surprisingly blasé, I was simply told they hadn’t had time to deal with my enquiry. As someone actively looking to progress with a property, having to repeatedly chase a lettings agency just to have a genuine enquiry acknowledged is incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and urgency has left me with very little confidence in the Lettings service. Credit to the Sales team, who at least answered the phone and tried to help.

GoogleThe team at Sansome and George were so helpful when our house was on the market. Paul went to great lengths to ensure viewings went smoothly and we got great feedback after each one. The exceptional service from Barbara as the sales progressor made the difference as every stressful hurdle that presented itself was met with her tenacious spirit and excellent communication skills up and down the chain with agents and solicitors.
