FacebookThe worst letting agent experience I have ever had. Avoid at all costs if you are below the age of 45. The service and attitude of the letting agents at Sanderson Young is shocking. After making an appointment to view a property, I arrived only to wait over half an hour with all emails and attempts of contacting the agent failing. After being stood up for the appointment (for which I had to rearrange my schedule and pay for a taxi to attend) the office informed me an appointment was never ‘officially’ in the diary and didn’t even apologize for the ordeal. But giving them the benefit of the doubt, I rearranged. I wanted to speak to a manager and inform them of the experience so they could be aware of the issue, and was hoping for an apology (or any decent customer service) only for the letting agent who stood me up to lie about why she didn’t attend, and even blamed it on me claiming I never followed up- when I said I had emailed and called her during her office hours she changed her excuse. After pushing MORE I finally got an apology. The kicker is the rearranged appointment was never followed up on. I never got a single call or email about it, so that one didn’t materialize as well. Other agencies in the area were also appalled by my experience and said they would never treat a potential client that way.I have never felt more disrespected during a letting experience. Needless to say, despite having some nice properties available, I will never be using their letting services again.

FacebookAwful service. Left my girlfriend standing in the cold for half an hour then never turned up. Upon ringing it turned out they “hadn’t put it in the calendar”. Booked another one for the Friday - never heard anything about that one either! Just seems like they couldn’t be bothered because we are young.

FacebookThey say that buying/selling a house is one of the most stressful experiences of your life (and they're right), but the team at Sanderson Young were fantastic from start to finish.
The valuation was carried out by Amy, who had an in depth knowledge of the local market and SY had sold a number of similar houses to ours for good prices. She instilled confidence by explaining not just the price she would advise marketing at, but also the reasons why.
The photographs were amazing and definitely attracted lots of interest in the house on Rightmove and various other websites.
We had lots of viewings on the house within a very short period of time and once those viewings turned into an offer, Debbie was excellent in helping us to negotiate an acceptable price.
Once the sale was agreed, Sales Progressor Jeanette was very helpful in keeping us, as well as our buyer and vendor (and their agents and solicitors) up to date.
I'd highly recommend Sanderson Young without hesitation.
