Google10/10 service. Sanderson Young marketed and sold my property within 2 weeks and supported me throughout the whole negotiations and purchase of my new dream property. Both Julie's and Jeanette were fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough. I will only use Sanderson Young for any future property sales. Thank you so much!!!

GoogleHigh turn over of staff which is a shame as Daniela and Bradley were pleasant to deal with. I cannot say the same for Gail, she will be pleasant if she wants something from you such as arranging viewings, for which I was very accommodating, especially when she would show up with someone on the wrong date, or if she wants to know which key is for what. However when you ask anything of Sanderson and young, something as simple as, has any post been received for me? In this case, she is nothing more than rude, aggressive and unhelpful. Would not recommend.

GoogleWe’ve used Sanderson Young to provide tenant find and marketing services for our rental property for over 10 years and we’ve found them to be fantastic. Gail McLean has always been our contact there, and she is wonderful; approachable, knowledgeable and professional. GoogleGenuinely the best estate agent in Newcastle. Gail went over and above her ‘call of duty’ to find me the perfect home. I had unique circumstances with complex ‘business needs’ and her expert advice ensured a smooth transition from start to ‘completion’. Since settling in and being in my ‘perfect home’ for almost a year now, her office has offered unwavering friendly support and maintained a flawless standard of aftercare. GoogleOutstanding customer service from Gail and Joyce in the Sanderson Young Gosforth Lettings Department. If we ever required anything they dealt with it very quickly and efficiently and the whole team were always so professional and friendly to deal with. I highly recommend Sanderson Young and their lettings service it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with both Gail and Joyce over the years and they are a massive credit to this company. GoogleWe sold our house through Sanderson Young and this review is specifically for Harry and Greg. Harry had a refreshing approach where he took the time to keep us informed of all viewings, feedback from viewings and is clearly a great asset to SY. You may feel that this is "just the job" but in our experience this is rare, he was communicative and operated in a professional and timely manner. Greg we dealt with on the commercials and he was very good at setting expectations, and resetting expectations when the house did not sell immediately. After the initial pricing structure was reviewed we were able to discuss the commercials in a open and honest way. He seemed to have a genuine desire to work for us, which is not always the case. From our experience I would recommend both of these individuals to handle your sale. Thanks both.
