We cannot rate Sanderson Young’s Alnwick office more highly. Everything is done in a friendly, timely, efficient and utterly professional manner. Gillian understands the Northumberland property market (and its associated foibles) perfectly. We can happily say that we are more than delighted with all aspects of the service, from the initial consultation and valuation of our property, through the preparation of publicity materials and marketing, the showing to prospective buyers, to the negotiation of the sale price and dealing with our buyers’ solicitors (and this anxious customer!).

Outstanding customer service from Gail and Joyce in the Sanderson Young Gosforth Lettings Department. If we ever required anything they dealt with it very quickly and efficiently and the whole team were always so professional and friendly to deal with. I highly recommend Sanderson Young and their lettings service it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with both Gail and Joyce over the years and they are a massive credit to this company. Thank you both for everything and making the whole experience so good.

Great company to sell your home with. Very professional, friendly and efficient. Excellent marketing (we had viewings booked before even going on the market as they have a list of buyers!). Tess, in particular, was incredible and making sure the process of selling/buying moved along after offers were accepted and was a really helpful throughout. Overall a great team and experience selling and buying with them.

Genuinely the best estate agent in Newcastle. Gail went over and above her ‘call of duty’ to find me the perfect home. I had unique circumstances with complex ‘business needs’ and her expert advice ensured a smooth transition from start to ‘completion’. Since settling in and being in my ‘perfect home’ for almost a year now, her office has offered unwavering friendly support and maintained a flawless standard of aftercare.
