Friendly, personable and always went above and beyond. We have dealt with Samuels twice in the last 10 years (selling and buying). Andy, Karen, Sophie, Cimon, Layla and Heidi (who has now retired) have all been amazing and went the extra mile to support/mediate for us when things got tougher towards the end of our sale. It was a long journey in an absolutely crazy market in 2022 but we got there with your expertise and help. Biggest shout out to Karen and Sophie who were always there and genuinely cared about us. Thank you team!!

Samuels gave a thoroughly professional service - prompt, friendly, reasonably priced and efficient. Andy and his team showed great attention to detail during our sale, maintaining contact throughout with swift and accurate updating at every stage of the process. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I would thoroughly recommend the team at Samuels! We had a long and fairly complicated chain and thanks to Andy for selling the house in the first place and to all the team and in particular Heidi for keeping me sane and informed during the very long process 😀. Thanks again 👍 …

Would highly recommend Samuels - they recently sold our house, achieving above asking price for us. Extremely professional throughout, always keeping in touch and us well informed along the way. Thank you to Andy and all his team for everything!

It is the worst agent l have dealt with in the last 20 years in the Exeter. They didn't check with the emails, misinformed, called for the out dated response. Apart from Sophie, she is a only lovely lady. We will never let them deal with our properties. We were the first one to view and offered the asking price, the vendor agreed our offer but the agent used the offer as bait to attract higher prices. We don't need any wishes or blessings from Samuels as we bought 2 properties already. We are now used to skip all listing from Samuels when browsing the website. What a waste of time and energy with them! Dodge people dodgy handling!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I am sorry to hear your dissatisfaction of our service however both of your offers were too low for our clients and we took their instructions not to sell to you. We wish you the best of luck in your property search.

They are good untill you move out, then it will take long time for them to sign of your house, still waiting for deposit back. Update. Most money has been returned, did get charged a lot for cleaning.

As you have not left your name please kindly contact us regarding this. If you have not received your deposit it would generally only be because we are obtaining quotes for cleaning/removal of items left behind etc. However we would be pleased to discuss your personal case
