GoogleSamuels are by far the best estate agents in Exeter!!! Whilst we have not used them to sell a house, as buyers we have been so impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail throughout the sale. They have gone above and beyond, liasing with all parties including solicitors, and other estate agents, particularly when these have not been part of their chain directly. Communication and handover to ther staff members when on annual leave is excellent so there is continuity in progress of the house sale. They will do whatever they can to support you, even this is simply recommending surveyors and conveyancers in the area. I would very strongly advise anyone to consider Samuels to market their property. They are so enthusiastic and proactive with buyers when showing around and then following up afterwards, and keeping buyers updated on offers made. And they will also come back to buyers if the property is not sold to establish if there is any ongoing interest. This is what eventually enabled to secure the property that we wanted to buy. They are also happy to accommodate additional viewings of a property, and on a Saturday if needed too. If you are a buyer, keep an eye on Samuels Facebook page for the latest properties. They are a fantastic estate agent to work with if buying with them. Special shout out to Karen, Sophie and Hillary - such lovely ladies that go above and beyond ❤️
Thankyou so much for your kind words. We finally got you moved in! We wish you all best in your new home and for your future..

GoogleEXCELLENT! We cannot fault the service we received from Samuels when selling two properties (after our parents passed away). Both houses sold immediately and the process was made as streamlined as possible. Communication was exceptional throughout. Samuels previously sold our own property and this was also faultless. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this agent.
Hi Julie. Thankyou so much for leaving such a kind review. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with you both and we are so pleased the sales went through without too many hitches! Wishing you both all the best in the future.

GoogleI needed 3 valuations for probate. From the moment Andy came along to carry out the valuation, we knew that this was the estate agents we would engage for the house sale. The advice given to market the house was invaluable. Once Samuel's was engaged, the team at Samuel's sprung into action. We had so many viewings and offers over the first few days and settled on a perfect buyer who has now moved into the property. For the whole journey, we were kept informed, via email and regular telephone calls. So many in fact, my 5 year old grandson asked "was that your friend Karen calling Granny"! Indeed, it really felt that the whole team became friends. We had fun and banter along the way. But the end product was so professional and successful. Samuel's was the highest valuation and the house sold within 2 weeks. I asked for a recommendation for a solicitor as did the buyer. The sale went through so smoothly and took just 7 weeks. I will definitely use Samuel's again and have been just amazed at the level of service. Just thank you to the whole team. I could not be happier with the service provided.
Hi Janet. Many thanks for your kind review. It was an absolute pleasure working with you.

Andy was very knowledgeable and reassuring at the point of agreement to sell and the team supporting him have been exceptional. Nothing has been too much bother. Regular updates on progress and feedback on viewings were very helpful. The friendly professional and supportive approach by everyone has made what can be a challenging time less stressful and more ‘enjoyable’ 😊 - so if you are looking for a hard working, professional , knowledgable, kind and supportive team of people look no further than Samuels .

GoogleI chose Samuels Estate through a recommendation. From the initial booking to completing the sale of my late mother house was handled exceptionally. This wasn’t a happy sell, it was our family home for over 60 years. From Andy’s professional guidance and advice, to his team, Karen, Sophie, Cimon & the team of agents who took floods of viewings, a successful sale was achieved. This was completely carried out with a respectful and cheerful manner. They helped me with a solicitor (Ashfords) also excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. I am truly forever grateful to this brilliant team and would wholeheartedly recommend to all I know. Service as it used to be, effective, efficient, professional, tactful, honest and handled with a smile. They kept me informed, advised and engaged through the whole process. I met Estate Agents and left with friends. Many thanks Mr Richard Trump
Many thanks Richard for your wonderful review. It wasnt all plain sailing but we got there in the end! So pleased we were able to support you and your family during the sale of your family home of 60 years.

GoogleI would highly recommend. Purchased my first property earlier this year. All the staff at Samuels are very friendly, helpful and professional. I viewed the property twice, once at short notice which wasn't any trouble for Samuels. Even recommended a local Solicitor called Stamp James who were brilliant too.
