GoogleEverybody is knowledgeable, helpful and patient, which is very important in the stressful period when arranging to move to a new place. We were provided information promptly on just about everything we wanted to know. We were introduced to the landlord and both Ali and Abdullah made sure that all of us are on the same page and are clear on every detail. I can only recommend Ryan Baker!

GoogleWe had just moved to London as students and were looking for a good place. We were pretty apprehensive about dealing with agents but when we met Abdullah and Ali, they helped us secure our new beautiful home with ease. They did go one step ahead to ensure we get it since it is quite difficult for students to rent an independent house on their own. Ofcourse, we had a strong background check but there was a sense of trust among us. They explained our rights and duties as tenants before getting us to sign anything. I've seen quite a few people house hunting for months or been involved with shady agents, I'd say we got lucky to have them as our agents. Very professional, warm and transparent ! We highly recommend them and have already referred them to many of our friends.

One member of the team went above and beyond to procure a flat for me, working beyond his hours to 9pm one evening on a Friday. Not only do they see a job through, but I also found the agency to be Kind, friendly and understanding. GoogleIt was so refreshing to meet an estate agent that really has your best interest at heart! Super efficient at arranging viewings, very accommodating and above all really take the time to understand what we were after and sending over profiles of properties that fits our requirements. Abdullah is friendly, professional and a joy to be around. He has exceeded my expectations and really looked after us. GoogleRyan Baker Estate Agents is the most professional estate agency I have dealt with, they provide you with a seamless service from start to end. I had the pleasure of using their service to rent out a 6 Bedroom HMO in walthamstow, which achieved a very high rent price, which was might not have even been possible in the current market, but they seemed to pull it through. Ali and Abdullah are exceptional in their service, extremely friendly, and go out of their way for both landlord and the tenants. I’ve been provided with a thorough report of all the tenant searches, background checks and a final statement of the property rental in a printed form, which is extremely useful to have. Will definitely go to Ryan Baker Estate Agents again for all my future property rentals.

Dear Sir. Thank you for your review which we have noted. You were in a hurry and did not listen to the agent while he was trying to explain to you. You would not listen and started threatening to leave a bad review on google as a tool to blackmail the firm. The property in question hasn’t been let out as yet.We once again apologise for not coming up to your expectations. As we try to do our best. Like many places, we also are operating on low staff due to COVID and it is taking more than usual to attend to enquiries. UPDATE: We enquired from our staff and came to know you rang the other office yesterday and wanted a viewing of a commercial unit the same day. You called the concerned office today at 9:37am and you were told that the concerned staff member will get in touch with you today.You rang again at 12:45pm a little over 3 hours after your first call. We believe your negative ratings are exaggerated as no agency can arrange viewings at a short time especially when they are located a distance from the site and current Tier 4 lockdown. Also when you were told that you will be contacted by a member of staff today , you did not even wait till the close of the day for someone to respond to you.Please bear in mind the COVID -19 situation and the protocols we have to follow. We wish you all the best. Take care.

Google2 Stars are only because of the person who showed us the property in a well mannered way otherwise it was 1. unfortunately after the viewing agency didn't respond back although I have mentioned that I have other options and a No could be consider as a valid response.
