I only give them one star because I have to. Completely dishonest company. Ali Zulfiqa has is a crook and I wouldn't touch him with a barge pole. We employed him on recommendation from another agent whom was trustworthy, but it seems he hoodwinked him as well. We gave him two apartments for full management. He collected rent and that was it. He did nothing more! And when we asked for our paperwork we heard no more from him. Contacting him is impossible. And the office is now an empty shell, a front. Ali is this why you can't trade in Manchester anymore.

Trustpilot is supposed to combat fake reviews! Obviously they have not done this with this company. Their offices are a shop front and they are flooded with fake reviews. The truth of the matter is that Ryan and Baker is an empty shop with a flashy front on the Leabridge Road. It seems that other businesses are run from this shop that I cannot vouch for.

Dear Sir. Thank you for your review which we have noted. You were in a hurry and did not listen to the agent while he was trying to explain to you. You would not listen and started threatening to leave a bad review on google as a tool to blackmail the firm. The property in question hasn’t been let out as yet.We once again apologise for not coming up to your expectations. As we try to do our best. Like many places, we also are operating on low staff due to COVID and it is taking more than usual to attend to enquiries.
UPDATE: We enquired from our staff and came to know you rang the other office yesterday and wanted a viewing of a commercial unit the same day. You called the concerned office today at 9:37am and you were told that the concerned staff member will get in touch with you today.You rang again at 12:45pm a little over 3 hours after your first call. We believe your negative ratings are exaggerated as no agency can arrange viewings at a short time especially when they are located a distance from the site and current Tier 4 lockdown. Also when you were told that you will be contacted by a member of staff today , you did not even wait till the close of the day for someone to respond to you.Please bear in mind the COVID -19 situation and the protocols we have to follow.
