GoogleI used Ryan Baker estate agents to secure my first rental in London and was lucky enough to have Ali as the real estate agent. Ali was straight to the point on what the house had to offer and responded promptly to organise a viewing. After a delay to an appointment I had to cancel my viewing at late notice. Not only was Ali fine with this, he made sure that I had another opportunity to view the property on the following days prior to the close of applications. From here Ali constantly kept up communications and answered any queries that I had and even personally dropped me the house keys to my work late on a Thursday night ensuring that I would be able to move in over the weekend. I could not recommend Ryan Baker or Ali any more highly if you are looking for trusty real estate agent!
Thank you Michael for your kind words.

GoogleI've just completed the purchase of a house with Ryan Baker and am very grateful to have Ali as the agent. Ali was friendly and professional, and worked incredibly hard to ensure the purchase went ahead. Without him I'm certain it would have fallen through. I'm very happy with the service and support provided throughout the process and would highly recommend Ryan Baker.

GoogleZee was very friendly and professional throughout the purchase of our new house. It was so nice to pick up the phone to someone who actually wanted to get our sale through and seemed engaged in the ins and outs of our sale.

Dear , Aise Dansira. We have never dealt with you nor know you in any capacity. Could you please contact the office if you have any issues so that they can be dealt with accordingly. Leaving a 1 star review without discussing the reason seems a bit unfair. Please call the Chorlton office or drop us an email in case of any issue.
