GoogleIn the chorlton branch. I was not impressed by Abdul and Zed's unprofessional, unjust, and untruthful attitude. I am completely disgusted that the problems were not being addressed and I was ignored. I would give them a zero if I could. Wouldn't never recommend them.
First of all this is the landlord’s wife whom we never dealt with before. Apparently concern is the state tenant left the house which maybe tenant could have left in a better state (walls have marks and carpets couple of iron burns which can come in wear & Tear). The current tenants have had a bad separation with kids in care etc and since then husband tenant is hospitalised due to stress and this landlord’s Mrs just wants the full deposit back which tenant has used to pay last month’s rent. We are in touch with the tenant who has assured us that he will compensate on his return and have shared the correspondence of the tenant with her but she said she does not care of the tenants problems and just wants her money! Which we think is very inconsiderate and unprofessional from herside. She has threatened the staff with legal action which we trying to figure out why us. We were receiving only £50 for rent collection which is 4% of the rent! Their rent was always paid on time except last which tenant used their deposit. We would ask other potential agents to see this feedback before dealing with this particular landlord.

GoogleZ from Ryan Baker Levenshulme went above and beyond in his role to assist me in applying to rent a property and made the experience a pleasure rather than a burden. Their communications were efficient. I’m confident they’d deal with any issues with a property in a timely manner. I’d recommend them to any renter, landlord or property owner.
Thank you much appreciated
